Great group setting

We were a group of 3 couples visiting the Pawley's Island area for a wedding and wanted to stay together. The condo was a good location for all wedding events and gave us a chance to visit together during the wedding down-time.

Avion Forest- Great Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort for nearly 20 years. Avion Forest provides our family the perfect amount of space to all be under one roof and is a stone throw from all you need in Litchfield- groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Beach Club is so clean and is just a short drive from Avion Forest. The property is clean and Tidelife is great to work with providing efficient communication and flexible check in options. Can't recommend this property and Tidelife enough.

Great Family Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for an extended weekend getaway for our family. The rooms and living area was very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen which is key as we like to cook in. The unit is close to many beaches - suggest going outside Litchfield resort to avoid the crowds - and centrally located to stores and other amenities. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID-19 which is understandable. The description should be updated to reflect this or implement an appointment only system to keep the occupancy down. An outdoor area to rinse off from the beach would also be great.

Great location for family vacation

This condo was a perfect layout for a multi generational family trip. We had two couples and one family of four in the group and each family had its own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook much. The unit is very conveniently located to parking and the neighborhood pool. It was great having a grocery store and a few restaurants right up the street also. Convenient location to other amenities like beach access a short drive away. We did wish it had been more clearly communicated what all we had access to at check-in as we probably would have taken advantage of more if we had known from the start. One note is that this is a downstairs unit, so you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It was never disruptive, but was quite noticeable. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love that this unit was a first floor unit and our three families didn’t have to lug groceries and belongings up steps. Unit was spacious and had everything we needed. So grateful that this was a pet friendly unit, as all three families had a dog that we couldn’t leave behind.

Pauley Island Guests

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the overall property and retail in the area. Our unit was one of the better units we rented and our friends rented in area. We had large wedding party in the area so many comparisons. Only complaints the shower rod was rusted, water didn't drain in sink and shower so always standing in water when showering and beds were not up to standard.

Avain Forest & COVID-19

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful and so was the location. Plenty of restaurants near by and the beach was only 1.5 miles away. We rented it for the month of March and the first two weeks were great. Then COVID-19 changed all that. The beach and some of the golf courses remained open so that helped some but just about everything else closed. We hope to return to the area again and if we do we will try to stay at Avain Forest.
