Looking for the perfect oceanfront 3-bedroom condo? Look no more! Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the ocean front patio, so you can enjoy your coffee sitting out in the ocean breeze The kitchen is sleek, fully equipped, bright and airy, and the primary bath has a walk-in shower for your convenience. You'll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. The living room has a wall mounted large screen television and a sofabed. Flat screen televisions are available in the primary and double plus single bedrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed and this unit will comfortably sleep 10 with the additional rollaway bed (located in bedroom 2 closet). Also available for winter rentals!

Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Nice property

Overall it was very nice. Very impressed with the apartment and the size. Only a few issues. Better directions on how to use the TV (two remotes and had a hard time getting it working). No hot water in the hallway bath and occasionally found that hot water in other locations wasn’t working. Last, check in was confusing. Didn’t have the code for the door. Manager at the building tried to help but couldn’t so directed me to Dune where I got my package for the apartment. Should have included info to stop by Dune’s first as it would have saved us about 1/2 hour.

Nice condo, but dirty

The condo was in the perfect location, and overall, a nice place but it was very dirty!! The carpet and flooring was so dirty, we had to wear our shoes all the time because our feet turned black. We found cheerios under the couch, and there were handprints on the mirror in the living room. The fan in 1 bathroom didn't work, I'm guessing the filter needed cleaned. The chair in the living room is dirty. I paid a cleaning fee and would like to know where it went because the condo was not properly cleaned. I should be reimbursed my cleaning fee!!!!

Nice condo - would rent again

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was decently clean and the kitchen was especially well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. although two of the non-stick pans were no longer non-stick. The inside of the oven was pretty grungy and the stove burners weren’t level. The ice maker in the fridge was slow to make ice but we found ice trays to use. There’s not much counter space in the bathrooms but there’s a sink in the living area that helped with that a lot. The vanities and toilets appeared to be new. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable although it could have used bigger sheets. The towels were in plastic tubs and we never found hand towels in the plastic wrapped packages and not a whole lot of wash clothes but it really wasn’t an issue - we just used full sized towels for hand towels because there were plenty. There were also sheets in the tubs if needed. The washer and dryer were under the counter in the kitchen and worked great. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows but bring extra pillow cases. The loveseat and sofa (sofa bed) were a bit worn but comfortable. There were tv’s in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. I noticed a folding bed in the closet of the queen bed room. The bunk beds were a twin over a full. Overall we were happy with the condo.

Atalanta 303

We have stayed at Atalanta several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. Dune Realty was very easy to deal with. We were worried that Dorian would delay our visit but fortunately it didn’t appear to have caused any major damage.
