You'll will love calling this place "home" for your vacation! Very comfortable, fully furnished (and very well stocked kitchen), two-story home with 2-car garage, covered porch, patio, sun balcony & outdoor shower! Just steps away from pool, and 1 1/2 blocks to the beach!

Miramar Palms is a small, quiet, neighborhood with just 10 homes, private cove and pool with close proximity to all of the activity you can handle!

The Ground Floor Master bedroom and bath is 1/2 of the downstairs space with King-sized bed, desk, 50" HD Smart TV with Roku, high-speed wireless internet, roomy separate shower, oversized tub, large walk-in closet, double vanity and lots of windows!

Bedroom #2 is upstairs with Queen bed, large private sun balcony, spacious walk-in closet, 43" Smart TV with Roku and chest drawer.

Bedroom #3 features two full beds, a 32" Smart TV with ROKU, Playstation 4, two bean bag chairs and large closet. There is an optional trundle twin bed in this room if necessary. Spacious shared bath with double vanity and shower/tub.

Fully appointed custom kitchen. Large, dining table with a bench for 3-4 and four chairs, with an additional two chairs in the dining area and bedroom if necessary. Relax and put your feet up in your 'home away from home' living room. Enjoy TV, movies and games with your family and friends at Memories 2 Legacy!!

We offer a professional cleaning service that uses the highest CDC recommended standards for cleaning and disinfecting. Four disinfecting products used to completely clean every surface where the hand touches. All mattresses and pillows are encased with Sureguard permanent covers to insure safety an every bed will also have an additional Bamboo mattress cover as a protective measure. All linens are washed after each renter.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No furniture to be moved without approval from property owners. Golf cart is not for renter use. It is covered and non-accessible.
All sand must be rinsed off at one of three locations. Front hose, back patio hose, outdoor shower out back.
Photo ID required for main renter. Main renter over age 25 MUST be present for entire stay, no exceptions. No college age parent rentals allowed.

Beach Fun

The property was fantastic. It had all the essentials. Close proximity to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property owners thought of everything from chairs to umbrellas to use of the garage. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Amazing stay!!!

This home was perfect for our large group for a week long stay. Everything was exactly as pictured and such a close proximity to the beach. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The owners were very accessible and extremely accommodating. By far the best VRBO stay I’ve ever had and definitely plan on booking again!

Family vacation at the beach

As a first time renter for a family vacation, I was not sure what to expect. My experience renting this home was great. The location was great for everything we had planned to do on our first visit to Destin. Awesome getaway vacation!

What a great house! It was perfect for our family. Clean, close to the beach, and just as advertised. The owner was very communicative, before we arrived and checked with us during the stay to see how we were doing. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want a fun beach vacation!

Wonderful place to stay with family! House was clean and had amenities for young children including baby gate, booster seat for table, and toys. Easy walk to the beach. Paradise for whole family!

Great place!! Close to beach, shopping and yummy eats! Laura provided a beautiful place with all the comforts of home! Our girls had plenty of room to stretch out and separate. We enjoyed our stay here so much. My kids said it was there best vacation ever. They want to come back again next year and stay at the same house. We was very comfortable and everything was very nice. We like the fact that is was private but yet close enough to go and do things. Fall break destination

We've stayed several places in the Miramar Beach area. This definitely rates as one of the best places we've stayed. It had everything we needed to make our beach vacation enjoyable - bikes, chairs, toys, etc. The house was clean and came with all the amenities we needed to make the week stress free. The location was perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach, yet have privacy, peace and quiet. The owners were very responsive when I had any questions and checked in on us through the week. Definitely a great place to stay! We would go back!

Beautiful beaches, delicious seafood, and lots of fun. The house was nice, but the upstairs was hot. He told me the day we left that the air was being fixed. So hopefully that won’t be a problem. Overall we had a great time!

Amazing House by Beach, Resturants, Shopping!

We stayed for a full 7 days the week of Spring Break and had a great stay! The house was just as advertised in the listing. House is just 1 block from the beach and there is so many great resturants and shopping within a 5 minute golf cart ride. The community where the house is located is a small, 10 house community with a pool in a great area. Several others visiting for the week were staying at the neighbor properties and were also all very friendly. The pool was great, kids loved it as a break from the beach. Look forward to staying again. Also, the property was pet friendly so our small dog was able to join us on the trip!

Lovely home and so convenient to everything.

We rented this house for two weeks in June. Laura is such a gracious hostess! She immediately answered any questions and provided great suggestions for restaurants and activities. The house is on a quiet street, which was wonderful for our toddlers. The pool is only steps away and that made it so easy to entertain the little ones after a day at the beach or when we needed to take a break from the beach! The location is central to all that Destin offers. Everything is provided in the house, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. There is also a nice selection of sand toys as well as a couple of beach chairs. The two car garage is great! And the patio was perfect for morning coffee and meals. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Thanks, Laura, for a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

Miramar Beach is a great beach community right in between the two most popular shopping areas of Destin! Silver Sands is a mile east, Destin Commons is 2.5 miles west. We can walk to CVS, the Coffee House, the Beach, Scenic Highway walking/boardwalk trail, Pompano Joe's, and The Whale's Tail. It was also important for us to have a safe place for kids and dogs to play outside without automobile traffic. We love our cove!

What makes this property unique

Miramar Palms was a hidden treasure we found while house hunting. We loved the cozy cove and great neighbors. We were fortunate to fine this hidden gem in the heart of the beach community of 30A!
