Large en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe provides the ideal set up for privacy on this top floor with the large L shaped sun terrace providing secluded all day sun bathing.

Two large twin bedrooms have access to fully tiled luxury bathroom with extra large shower and toilet. First floor fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer leading to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Spacious lounge dinner has Samsung curved 4k Smart TV, DVD Library, Sky TV, including Movies and Sports packages, Spanish & English TV & Playstation. TVs also in the bedrooms. Lounge leads on to second fully furnished sun terrace with BBQ.
