80 year olds experience
The view and location of this small home is exceptional. From that standpoint alone it is a luxury property. The home however is cetainly not luxurious and has serious drawbacks for anyone older or those with young children. While the downstairs is adaquate, the stairs are treacherous, and the upstairs bath is tiny and not suitable for even 2 people, Getting in and out of the tub for a shower would be a challenge for some and can only be handled by going downstairs to shower. On the plus side, the property manager was excellent and did fix a serious problem after we arrived. We understand the home is on the market with plans for expansion. We hope someone will do justice to this lovely location.

This wonderful Cape Porpoise location is in a scenic walkable community and just a short drive away from Kennebunkport Dock Square but our favorite memory will be the ocean view. The cute cottage met all our needs and we found the host to be very friendly and responsive.

This is the perfect house for an amazing/relaxing stay in the Kennebunkport area. The house is in Cape porpoise and on the ocean. It has all the amenities you need for a great week. Highly recommend!
