The apartment is in a very central location, very walkable to coffee, food, sights, etc. Apartment is great for one or two people. Very clean, lots of room. Shay was very responsive whenever I had any questions:

This was a lovely spot to stay—perfect location, just as described, central to everything I needed. The check in process was a little tough given an entry malfunction, but this was not the fault of the host. Everything else was excellent. Recommended.

A greta home base in Caphill

Stayed a week in Seattle and this was a great place for the two of us with so much in walking distance and at the intersection of the 1 line, the Tram, and busses, we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and very responsive.

Workmen came to the apartment on both Thursday and Friday to update smoke alarm wiring and then patch the wall up. The owners claimed they had no idea this was happening. Door lock did not work properly and took 20 minutes to unlock a couple nights. There was a battery-powered smart deadbolt lock on the top deadbolt that I believe was malfunctioning. The owners were completely unhelpful even after I sent a video of me struggling with it. I just stopped locking the door, exposing my possessions. Elevator down from 3rd floor was broken my entire stay. I had to carry my bags down the stairs. The apartment itself was fine, fun location, decent kitchen, working WiFi and comfy bed. It was just too much hassle with the building.
