Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great week at Whispering Waters - the staff was excellent. Our family stayed at the villa almost every day - they said there was no reason to go eat anywhere else or to visit any other beaches. Every request was handled cheerfully and quickly. The meals were exceptional, from freshly caught lobster right down to having a new centerpiece of fresh flowers from the villa gardens each day. The staff covered for each other when situations came up so there was never any effect on services. We did go to Dunn's River Falls and our older grandkids swam with the dolphins, which they enjoyed. Thanks to you, the owners, and the staff for a great week.

Amazing Staff!

The feedback is all positive. Everything from the VIP arrival, driver, house, staff, location, etc., etc., etc, could not of gone better. Here are some details: Anyone that does not do the VIP arrival and departure are CRAZY!!!!! We walked by huge lines of people with our VIP representative. My parents were well taken care of and they assisted us all the way to the van. The Club Mobay lounge before our flight was very helpful. Otis was our driver and they upgraded us to the 21 person van at no extra cost. This saved us having to have a second driver on our return. Otis was nothing short of amazing. He was always within a phone call away, stayed with our groups, made great recommendations and became part of the family. Ken was very helpful also during our arrival and departure, helping out with luggage. We were greeted by the whole staff when we arrived with cool towels and rum punch. This was an amazing staff. The food was nothing short of incredible. The two chefs did a great job and were the delight of the entire group. Everyone put on about 5 pounds.
