Ski In/Out, Walk To Main St., Heated Floors, Ski School on 1st floor

The entire apartment was renovated from top to bottom. All premium finishes and done with exquisite attention to detail. Designer and custom furnishings plus accents from stores like restoration hardware, pottery barn, west elm, crate and barrel were used for this luxury place.

The apartment has heated floors in bathrooms, showers, shower benches, throughout the kitchen and living room, which makes it a really pleasant experience to walk barefoot. All counter-tops are granite with brand new appliances. Both bedrooms have premium mattresses for comfort and sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. Master bedroom has king bed plus twin, guests bedroom has queen bed and sofa in living room is queen plus size so it could fit 2 adults or three children comfortably.

Each bedroom has humidifier as well as plenty of storage to keep items away during your stay. Besides the huge TV in living room, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. All TV's are HD internet enabled with streaming capabilities(connect to your own Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu account) plus cable with 40 channels is available. Two balconies have view that span from east through south to west.

The slopes are literally 2 minutes away including the elevator ride, which is great to make quick stop during the day for lunch or to warm up in -front of the wood burning fireplace. The apartment is prepared to sleep up to 7/8 people. The dining area sits 8 at expandable oval table.

Kitchen has new appliances, double oven on range, dishwasher and all the toys a chef could ask for to make a memorable holiday experience.

Both bedrooms have views out to the slopes and Maggie Pond. Guest bedroom also has balcony. Wake up to idyllic views from both bedrooms and check out the lift line at the Quicksilver lift before you even leave your bed!

All pictures of the views were taken from the apartment. Don't miss the opportunity for True Ski in/out plus awesome views for the quintessential Colorado vacation. Once you arrive to the unit no car is necessary as we are walking distance from main street too. The kids ski school and daycare is also located at the base of our building.

Everything was nice. My questions were answered fast & clarified instructions were good. The condo is very comfortable & beautiful. Showers & beds great. Love the location. My only suggestions would be to include tissues & handsoap. Also a better vacuum available-I tried to sweep & dirt started blowing out of it. Thank you for a great stay, we enjoyed it very much!

wonderful stay in Breckenridge

Excellent location, good space for our family of 5 (3 daughters who thankfully get along very well which helps in a 2 bedroom). Skiing is steps away as is the town...everyone was very happy.

Perfect Location

This condo was in the perfect location. It is steps from the Quicksilver lift, and a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The view is amazing as well. I would definitely rent here again.

Peak 9 Base Condo

Michal’s 2br condo was perfect for our family of four for a Christmas ski trip! Well appointed and updated. Super comfortable and easy access to slopes (literally as close as you can stay to the Quicksilver Superchair), Main Street, and just about everything Breck has to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location, great place, great host

500 ft from the lift is pretty awesome. Ski school on the first floor and multiple rental places in adjacent buildings. (There is a crepe shop around the corner and across the bridge!) The building was very nice, as was the condo. One minor hiccup at check in was handled almost instantly even though the hour was late. Thank you for a great family trip.

Clean unit in a great location

Highly recommend this rental! This unit was perfect for our family ski trip. Covered parking, same building as ski school, at the base of peak 9, walking distance to many restaurants. My children loved the community game room, indoor pool area, and movie room. The only minor disadvantage was not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but the shared washer and dryer was right next to the unit.

Perfect Location!!!

Our family of four (2 adults / 2 teens) loved this condo and its location. It is right at the base of Quicksilver with a perfect view of the mountain and first lift. We had everything we needed. Michal was very responsive when we had questions. We look forward to renting this property again next year!

Long ski weekend

The cleanliness of this condo along with the convenience made it the perfect spot for my husband, son and I to enjoy Breckenridge. Ski and main streets a few short steps away. It had everything we needed! (Except for no bar soap) but the beds were comfy, loved a box fan for white noise, humidifiers, fireplace with wood provided…. We will definitely be back!

Mattress issues

The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced for new ones. The master bedroom mattress had a hump in the middle. The second bedroom’s mattress was extremely flat and not comfortable. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in the unit other than what was already in use on the roll. Overall, it was a great vacation and the accommodation’s location and amenities were fantastic.

Great ski location

Enjoyed the ski in and ski out!! You could see the quicksilver lift right from the bedroom window. Location is perfect! We kept our skis downstairs at Breck Sports and walked right to the chair lift. Couldnt have been any easier. Quick walking distance to all restaurants and downtown. Parking was a little confusing the first time there, but I just went to the front desk of the Village hotel and they explained how to park and what elevators to use. Host was very responsive to our request to check in early and place was just like the pictures. Only issue we had was with the bedroom tv's but we were so tired each night, I didn't even bother with trying to figure the cable/roku out. I would definitely return and stay here again!

Wonderful!

Our stay was fantastic! Location was perfect! Walking distances to shopping, dining, groceries, spas, gym, and of course skiing! My only issue was that the closest ski lift (Quicksilver) got very busy. However, there is a shuttle just across the street to take you to the next lift (Beaver Run)…the lift runs every 20 minutes and the drive is about 2 minutes. It’s well worth it, especially if you are not a beginner. (Quicksilver is the best place to start for a plethora of green slopes.) - Again, LOVED the location. Loved the room. Loved the views. Loved the accommodations. This stay can easily accommodate all 5 family members, even though only 3 of us went. Also the host was easy to connect with! I hope to stay here again next year - all 5 of us. ❤️

Great spring break trip for family

The owner stayed in communication with us and was so helpful. We loved the location, it was convenient to everything. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and were only a few minutes drive to the Peak 8 ski school.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Unit

The location is truly perfect -- right in the middle of town. You can walk anywhere, and the unit faces a lake and the mountains. We sat on the balcony in the morning and the evenings and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The unit itself is very well done -- nice furnishings and decor and everything you might need. It was very clean and well kept up. We loved it.

Great location, cleaning was lacking

We enjoyed the proximity to town & the ski slopes. This unit had nice views and they also provided lots of towels. The major drawback was the apparent lack of cleaning in several places of the property. We found multiple water bottle caps, a used coffee stirrer, a dirty sock, a used ziploc bag, food crumbs, dust balls, and lots of hair in one of the shower drains. The outdoor seat cushions were ripped and the wood board in front of the kitchen sink fell off. The lack of detail when it came to cleaning these items leaves us wondering what else was not cleaned given the current COVID pandemic that is going on. The property manager was extremely responsive until I sent them a message detailing these issues asking if the unit was cleaned and it's been radio silence ever since. Really makes us wonder how the cleaning fee we paid was used.

Highly recommend

We would recommend this property. The process to get our keys was easy. The property manager and especially the owner were very responsive to the few issues that we had arise during our stay. The property is very close to everything you need in Breckenridge. We loved it because it was very close to the ski lift. We would stay there again.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

Perfect location for skiing and Main St with many restaurants and shops. The condo is equip with all essentials, beds and furniture is nice, comfortable and clean. Views from the balcony are amazing! Host is easy to get in touch with. Make sure to pick up keys before arriving at condo (if applicable) We will definitely be back! Can’t wait!
