This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath all tile condo sleeps 7! It has a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom, an equally comfy queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. The living room sofa has built-in recliners so you can kick back and watch the waves right from the living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more. What a great way to start the day, with a cup of coffee, or a nice mimosa while watching the sun set or rise! Also, enjoy all the amenities that SeaSpray has to offer, including 3 pools, a hot tub (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), marina with boat slip, well-equipped beachfront fitness center, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts. You'll be sure to make great memories with family and friends in this amazing getaway! It's comfortable, roomy, and will leave you smiling and booking again before you leave for next year!
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The building was well taken care of and the office workers were friendly. The condo felt clean but there were a few things the cleaning service overlooked before our arrival. Would not hesitate to stay in unit 822 east building again. Great place for a family with children or a couple that wants a family oriented stay. The pool was too cold for a first week of April stay. Would’ve been nice if it was heated or there was an indoor pool for the cold rainy days.

Family Vacation 4/1/2024 April Fools

We had a good time and the weather was great! What we were surprised of is the massive construction going on! We were awakened every morning at 7:30 by power sanding and hammering. Even on our deck and outside our bedroom window. The swimming pools were closed and the hot tub was under the construction enclosure. When confronting the manager. She said she would ask the owners if they would discount our stay. We got a refund for the approximate cost of one night. The VRBO listing said 3 beds and 3 baths which is what we needed and it only had 2 bathrooms. We felt mislead about the construction and the listing.

Great location.

Easy booking and check in. Beautiful condo and beach. This is the only condo on the emerald coast I have rented where they let tents and people not renting chairs to set up directly in front of the condo. We paid for chairs and umbrellas but the service allowed others to set up in anywhere they wanted. One of the attendants needs to have more training on how to communicate with guests. The condo and unit were wonderful but I don’t know if I would use the service again if I can use my own chairs and set up wherever I want. It was the only negative part of the experience.

Booked an Unavailable Condo

I was so looking forward to staying in this beachfront condo with my family for spring break. However, we booked it and then informed the next day that it was under construction and should not have been listed. I am giving them good stars on everything (except for accuracy of listing) because of their customer service. The property host was very kind and apologetic. We were not charged by the host, and VRBO refunded their service fee. I am mainly leaving a review so that others can learn from our mistake. Message the host BEFORE booking.
