2 Bedroom Villa With 360 Degree Views Set High On Hill On 5 Acre Estate.
New for Fall 2024 : The swimming pool is no longer shared - it is now private for the cottage. If you see reviews about a shared pool, that is no longer the case! The pool is all yours!
This home is set on one of the highest points in Providenciales called Sunrise Ridge. Turtle Tail, our neighborhood is not the usual overdeveloped resort area full of condos. Our neighborhood has well spaced multimillion dollar homes. No noisy neighbors here, just space, piece and quiet and have I mentioned the views?
Since Turks and Caicos is all about the weather and being outside let's start there. Right alongside the house is our new swimming pool. Sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the ocean change color. When it heats up, cool off hanging out in the pool or retreat to the covered porch that runs the length of the house. When it's time for dinner, you can choose the well appointed full interior kitchen with new appliances or throw something to grill on our BBQ. In the event it is getting cool, light up the firepit and sip on a cocktail while waiting for dinner. Then you can dine on our large outdoor table with nice lighting accents and a fan in case it didn't cool off!
No condos or resorts with guests everywhere here - this is all for your use, There is an adjacent studio that shares the entry way and parking area but they have their own outside area and swimming pool!
OK lets go inside. The home has everything you need to enjoy the Turks and Caicos islands including a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and washer and dryer. We travel a lot ourselves so we know what people need to be comfortable so we've provided a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, kettle, hairdryers etc. etc. We've tried to add everything you'll need including beach chairs, coolers and a sun umbrella for the beach along with buckets and spades for the young ones!
The main bedroom has a king sized bed, built in closets and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to form another king. There's a/c in here too.
The house has a 52 inch Sony HDTV equipped with a roku box with Netflix and connections for you to hook up your own media. There is a BluRay DVD player, lots of DVDs, books and games. Of course there is wifi for staying in touch
Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. If you do need to use a/c it is metered and charged at the same rate we pay the utility company.

Originally from Liverpool, England, I have lived and worked on Providenciales for 29 years. I am the owner of Provo Primary and Middle School, the largest private school on Providenciales, and I love to enjoy the surrounding ocean and wild life whenever I get the chance. Snorkeling with dolphins and whales is a dream come true for me. I have one son, Josh, who is 24 years old. Josh grew up in the islands, but attended high school in The U.S and played Junior Ice Hockey in the EHL. He returned home to Turks and Caicos in 2014. Josh’s love for boats and oceanlife, soon replaced his love for hockey which led him to start his own boat company, Okeanos Charters. Okeanos, means Ocean in Greek; (we have family in Greece and frequent the Greek islands regularly). Okeanos Charters offer private boat charters on a luxury boat called Ikigai. (Meaning true passion). Both Josh and I believe you should follow your passion, whatever it is. Ours is the ocean and helping others to appreciate and explore it. What better place to do so, than Turks and Caicos! I am the manager of Sunrise Ridge.

What makes this property unique
Even when there is little to no wind on the rest of the island, we have a nice breeze on the top of the hill in Turtle Tail. Also this house is our home so it has all the comforts you would expect and is a wonderful place to relax after a day of watersports and beach fun.
