The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All changes to reservation must be approved in writing (including occupancy). There will be a $200 fee per additional day or night time guest added.
Confrontational behavior or use of profanity against staff is prohibited. Violation of any house rule may result in immediate cancellation no refund
All guests are required to maintain medical insurance to pay for any injury that occurs during their stay. Including daytime guests .

Wonderful house with plenty of room. Amazing view of the city, even better at night. Easy communication with host. Close enough to town you can get what you need without taking a big chunk of your day. Far enough from town to see the city lights and a good amount of stars. Short drive gets you to gates pass and into the national park. All arouns great place to stay

The sun shone on the pool til about 5 in the afternoon so you had all day to enjoy it. Hours were spent on the patio.The house was clean and had everything we needed.Granddaughter loved the open spaces and views of the city at night for pictures. Graduation Week in Tucson!! Bear Down

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Awesome kitchen, lots of space for 8 people and super fun backyard. Swimming, spa, bbq and we were able to witness the wildlife in the area. Ron was an awesome host. I would most definitely recommend staying here. We were far enough away from town to enjoy the beautiful canyons and privacy but yet only 15 minutes from the UOA Campus .

We had a lovely week at Ron's home. For us, the location and setting were perfect, as we were looking to be in the mountains and close to the west side of the park/the desert museum. The home was as described and had more than enough room for our family of five. We used the pool daily. As an owner, Ron was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the PERFECT desert getaway. Had our 4 & 6 year old grandsons and parents for several days of the stay and the kids loved the pool and seeing the wildlife and cactus. 4 very comfy lounge chairs with cushions with 3 umbrellas for late afternoon shade. Landscaping and lighting made the evening gorgeous. We had a beautiful full moon to enjoy one night. You can’t ask for a better view and neighborhood is very private. The kitchen has every spice, oil, utensils and cookware you need to make anything. We enjoyed cooking out every night. Only left house 2 times to stock up more food. All the beds were extremely comfortable and bedding soft. Spent evenings on the porch eating dinner and then finishing off the night around the fire pit with our last drink. Can’t ask for better accommodations anywhere. This is on the top of our list to be back again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Ron's house. The description of the property is solid and Ron met us to take us over some of the finer points, setting up the Jacuzzi etc.The house itself is in a wonderful setting, great views over the area, very quiet and well maintained. The pool was a welcome relief after the 110 heat of the Tucson day. Jacuzzi for a relaxing time after dinner.Wildlife visited daily, with Road Runners and Mule deer stopping by. Lots of Gila Woodpeckers and hummingbirds.The location is great for easy access to many of the local sites, with the Desert Museum being 10 mins away. Coloassal Caves 30 and Mount Lemon about 45 to an hour.Our family of 4 had just a great time. If you want a quiet, peacful, relaxing stay but with easy access to sites you won't find a better spot in Tucson.

We were in town for college baseball spring training at Kino Sports Complex. The house was perfect location and offered plenty of space to relax and recharge. Convenient groceries and restaurants near by as well. Ron was easy to work with and house is as advertised!

This was an amazing property, picturesque desert landscape. Ron our host was super helpful, easy to work with. His place has high end appliances, well-stocked to cook. So appreciated not having to buy or go without spices, oils for cooking. Loved our stay there, would go back.

I visited the home and talked with the guest and there was never a mention about the house temperature. I would have been happy to help make things more comfortable . The pool equipment is all new : filter, heater and pump. Unfortunately, some small rocks got into the pump's impeller . These rocks were thrown into the pool by their child and sucked up by the vacuum . The guests turned my pool heater on without paying or requesting pool or spa heat . They trashed my place and required hours of work from my staff . I was shocked to see the home's condition since they had stayed at the home before without incident. I would not host them again .
