Owner nice and polite. Excellent Comunicación. Just needs Maintenance in the room like the closet and the floor changing carpet. Quiet at night and neighborhood was great.
The owners very clearly care about their property, and are working with what they have, which is an old 8 room motel in a town past its prime. The rooms are clean, the towels are fresh, the sheets and comforters are actually like what we would buy for ourselves, not from a hotel outfitter. A nice sized mini fridge and microwave were unexpected and great. The owner was very sweet and genuine, and as I said they clearly care and do their best to make you comfortable.
Room was infested with roaches, broken toilet, poor cleaning. Lock on door did not work aswell. a pathological liar who called the police and accused us of having extra guests which was not true and lied and said he would honor a refund and did not. They advertise rooms they don’t have pictures are fake. Do not go here.
This place was a ditch and dive. We pulled in to this place and it was so bad and in a questionable part of town we didn’t even get out of the car. Literally looked like a place out of a zombie movie. I can stay in about any place but this place gave me the willies. Called to cancel the stay as we were not comfortable and no one answered the phone. Left a message and no return call. Stay away from this place. Not worth a fraction of what they charge.
This property is as described and outlined in vrbo and Google reviews. It is an older 8 room motel, it is clean and the people were nice. The location is decent for Niagara Falls . The room is small. There is a pretty large refrigerator and a small microwave. Towels were clean and fresh.. wifi signal was very weak and kept dropping- couldn't power the Roku. There was a slight odor of stale cigarettes which wasn't helped by the other tenants smoking outside.

If your looking for all the bells and whistles this isn't for you. 420 friendly
Old building privately owned needs some upgrades but room was clean and bug free. Has everything you need for a cheaper place to sleep. Property has firepit picnic tables and is 420 friendly. Other guest were permanent renters but was very friendly and helpful. No coffee pots in the rooms.
