Villa Andy is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Canary Islands, just off the National Park ofTimanfaya. The unique village of Yaiza has been awarded several times for it's well kept beauty. This modern detached villa on one floor is in the valley area of Yaiza. There is a sports center a few minutes away that has a gym, paddle and tennis courts.
The villa is just on the edge of Timanfaya National Park, very well located and thus constitutes a good starting point for visiting the main attractions of the island, just 10-15 minutes by car from the Puerto Calero Marina, Playa Quemada, Playa Blanca, Marina Rubicon, the beautiful Papagayo beaches, National Park Timanfaya and the unique wine route of La Geria and El Golfo known for its traditional fish restaurants.

Equipment: This modern spacious villa, built on one level cosists of a lounge,a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).

It enjoys great communications with 1Gb fibet optic internet Wifi, allowing fast speed surfing either for remote working or for leisure.

Outside you can enjoy a BBQ in the canarian garden with a terrace and private heated pool, with fantastic views over the surrounding mountains. From the rear Terrace, with access from the kitchen area, you will enjoy the lovely sunsets going down on the sea in the wonderful climate of Lanzarote.
In the living room with direct access to the Terrace, there is a large sofa and 2 large armchairs a plasma screen 42'' .

Environment: At Villa Andy you can enjoy a holiday in a unique environment, with a view of the hills of Los Ajaches-Yaiza, behind and from the terrace, overlooking the sea in the horizon close to Los Hervideros.

Equally suitable for a great family holiday or that romantic getaway far from the madening crowds.

Brilliant All Round

This property is amazing. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. It sits in a relatively quiet village in a quiet cul de sac. There are some very good local restaurant's within walking distance. Andy, the owner, is very pleasant and super helpful. The location of the villa is superb for exploring the island. Overall we had a fantastic time. Thank you Andy.

Spacious spotless villa

As we were just a couple, this villa had plenty of space for us. Yaiza is a good central location to explore the island from and it feels a more authentic experience than the tourist hot spots. One reviewer comments on the barking dogs. We noticed them too, as well as a cockerel but this is just part of country life and adds to the experience....as did the visiting doves and pigeons. We even enjoyed a fly past by hoopoes on a couple of days. Our weather was mixed (the week began with a calima) and so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked but when we did we found it nice and warm. In February the pool is in shade from 3ish which was a shame. We were disappointed that the garden had lost some of the bigger trees shown in the pictures and the terrace would benefit from a few more plants. The terrace to the rear of the house is a lovely space to catch the late afternoon sun with comfy seating and a view to the sea. Inside the villa is very well equipped and the main bed is huge and comfortable. We slept very well indeed. We did find the house quite dark in the evening and could have done with some more lights. The Tv is only Spanish channels but that didn’t bother us as we don’t tend to watch it! All in all this was a good trip, the villa isn’t cheap but I guess that’s the price you pay for a larger villa with a heated pool. We would happily come here again.

Great place, away from it all

The property is in a really fantastic location away from any hustle and bustle, the village is perfect to be in Canarian culture but still have the pickings of a lovely villa with pool amongst other like minded locals, expats and holiday makers. We loved the fact that Yaiza has restaurants and local bars to explore 12-15 mins walk and the supermarket just about the same. Andy is passionate about his villa and so he should be, All you need to live, cook and eat. A great barbecue also helps. The sunset from the back looking towards las salinas and el golfo is incredible, better with a drink in hand too. It is rural and we loved that too, we researched what we wanted and got exactly what we wanted. Living room is just right, comfy and well lit, the master bedroom is perfect and the en suite better than the photos as there is a great big walk in shower. The housekeeper too, great, and we did not overly expect a mid week linen change for towels and sheets etc but was all in. The only problem is next year is fully booked…

Yaiza Visit

Location was great. Outdoor space and facilities were good. Inside, the kitchen requires updating. Impractical wooden work tops, microwave in a high dangerous position, oven old and basic. Lack of mugs, glasses and utensils if more than 2 persons. Ceiling fans are cracked. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs replacing. Supposed satellite TV but only Spanish channels. No Sky, Netflix or Prime available.

Dear Michael, Thank you for your comments, The issue with the ceiling fans has been taken care of ,the oven is a regular oven which is standard in most villa rentals but in the light of your comment it has been replaced. You must not have seen the extra glasses,mugs utensils etc in the cupboard as there is enough for 10 guests. In regards to the TV ,I also have clients from Germany, Holland, Belgium,France ,Italy ,Spain ,eastern Europe as well as the UK and it is not possible to provide subscription TV for all of these countries, usually the clients have their own Netflix, Amazon prime etc TV subscriptions. Stay here, it’s very nice!

This is a gem of a place set in the village of Yaisa, a very pretty village sitting in the stark volcanic landscape. The villa is beautiful and has everything required for a very enjoyable stay, the sitting room is so comfy and leads out to the patio/pool area and the kitchen/dining area. There is also a very nice outdoor dining/sitting area at the back which catches the sunset beautifully. Loved our stay here, will hopefully return and highly recommend it.

Lanzarote l'énergie Volcanique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Andy, la maison est très jolie, agréable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les deux terrasses sont un plus selon l'orientation du soleil, nous prenions le petit déjeuner sur celle de la piscine le matin et profitions du barbecue et du coucher de soleil sur l'autre le soir. Yaiza est un très jolie village typique au cœur de la campagne avec vue sur les volcans, sa positions est idéale pour rayonner dans tout les coins magnifiques de cette îles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine en fin de journée après nos randonnées. Nous reviendront très certainement à Lanzarote dans cette maison ou Andrew nous à accueilli avec sympathie et simplicité. Nous aurions apprécié la mise à disposition d'un aspirateur et de quelques produits ménager, ce qui nous aurait permis de faire un brin de ménage pendant notre séjour de deux semaines, bien qu'une personne soit venue pour changer le linge des lits, les serviettes de la salle de bain et les torchon de la cuisine à la fin de la première semaine. Merci à Andrew et à Rocio pour cette magnifique villa

Luxe, calme et paysage

Très belle villa dans un quartier très calme. Emplacement idéal pour les plages du sud et les randonnées volcaniques...et les reste de l'île reste très accessible ! La maison est très confortable, bonne literie, beau salon, et les 2 terrasses très appréciables selon l'orientation du soleil... Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans la villa de Andrew !

Desconexión, Tranquilidad y Alojamiento 100% Recomendable, Andrew excelente.

De por sí Lanzarote es preciosa, tranquilidad, puedes desconectar y sobre todo ayuda mucho Yaiza y el alojamiento. La Villa es súper cómoda, con aparcamiento privado, piscina privada, amplia zona de solárium, orientada al este con sol durante todo el día, hamacas, y la Villa está rodeada de terreno y orientado al oeste con unas vistas increíbles donde sentado puedes ver el anochecer y ver el mar a lo lejos, otra zona de solárium con barbacoa y mesa con sombrilla para seis personas con mucho espacio. Nosotros éramos cuatro adultos y dos niños de 9 y 3 años. Tanto en el interior como en el exterior es totalmente segura para los niños y la piscina con escalones para entrar que para mi hijo de 3 años fue lo mejor. Andrew nos recibió puntualmente y nos explicó todo al detalle que se agradece mucho, internet, aire acondicionado perfecto, zona de cocina, exteriores, alarma, piscina, con toda seguridad repetiremos en nuestro próximo viaje. Gracias por todo Andrew.

Sehr schöne Villa in idealer Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Yaiza, was auch an dem sehr schönen Haus lag. Gut eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlagen und Pool ausgestattet ist es eine ideale Location für einen Lanzarote Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Christmas 2019

Lovely property, looks just like the photos. Yaiza is a beautiful quiet Spanish village and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only downside is the noise from the neighbours dog kennels. They are tied up most of the day and as you would expect bark constantly whenever they are disturbed by passersby - humans, cats and other dogs. As long as you can cope with this noise then you will have a fabulous holiday. Website should really advise you of this before you book.

Dear Louise, thant you for your visit and your review. We do describe the area as rural, there are as well nearby chickens, cocks, goats and a couple of neighbours have a horse. Some have vegetable gardens and fruit trees such as figs and papayas. We feel saying the neighbour's dogs bark all day is missleading, because in our experience, most days they only bark at feeding time, because they get excited, unless there is something disturbing them, but anyone will agree it is a peaceful place, away from stress and traffic and a real taste of Lanzarote's traditional way of life.
