The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort is located a short walk to the Las Vegas Strip, in between the Hard Rock Resort and the Planet Hollywood Resort. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Harrah's Casino on the strip. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, living room with pull-out sofa, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds and the third bedroom has a king size bed with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room that includes a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $150.00 at check in.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property! The location was fantastic for us, close to the strip, major attractions, and easy access to highways. Clean, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Vegas trip for my granddaughter's 21st bday. The youngsters stayed on the strip, we opted for a place off the beaten track. The condo was clean and spacious, front desk efficient and helpful. It was a great place to gather and relax before we all headed out on various adventures. We especially appreciated the adult only swimming pool & bar and all the amenities.

This condo was comfortable and spacious for 5 adults. It was just a little bit away from the activity of the strip but a short Uber ride over. We did use the shuttle some. Quiet & restful. We didn’t use the heated pool but others did. Check in was easy & we were only asked once about a presentation which we politely declined. Plenty of towels,& comfortable beds. We’d stay here again!

Luxury Home Away From Home

You’ve definitely hit the jackpot if you stay at this property. The check-in process was a breeze. Staff and security were great. The property has a lot of perks that made us love our stay even more. The condo was extremely clean, very spacious and accommodated our group of six comfortably with a lovely view of the strip. Highly recommend booking this property for families or groups you won’t regret it. This condo will be my first choice to book for future vacations to Las Vegas. Overall an amazing experience!

The place was much larger than I was expecting. I really liked the location as well as the space of the place. The only downside was we only had enough coffee for one night and the front desk didn’t have any to replace it. Had to wait until hospitality brought it up later in the day. I think if you are just looking for a nice and convenient place to stay, this hits the mark. Certainly not as many amenities as a casino nearby.

Great Vegas Property Off The Strip

But you can get there from here. Very clean property with options that allow you to engage in the crowded strip if you wish or just to have some quiet time around a pool. The property was very clean, up to date, and amenities for whatever you needed. We were 3 couples that each enjoyed our own room and large living area for planning activities for the day. The only thing this property does not have is a restaurant with a large menu. But the strip is just a couple blocks (walking away). It worked for us. Choice of 3 pools and one for adults only. Nice setting in the third tower which was very quiet and not crowded and had its own pool and hot tub. The Property Manager was informative every step of the booking and responded rapidly to questions pre and during the visit. Location was less than a 10-minute ride to the airport, so we didn’t spend a half hour in a cab to and from. Less anxiety for making all flights. Bottom line I would stay there again - which is the ultimate positive review.
