Spacious newly redone 4 bedroom, 2 baths, latticed balconies, single family Home, views of sea, pool, springy trampoline, shady garden. 5 min drive from Haifa High Tech Center, 2 min for Megadim Beach and 5 min walking distance for Public transportation. Private parking. Indoor climbing wall. 2x4 meter swimming pool (open at summer time). 122inch full HD projector. Welcoming you for your happy times :-) The space The property includes private parking and a large garden with trampoline, small pool for kids and a fish pond. We have chickens in the garden. We have an outdoor dining area with pizza oven, a small pool, stone outdoor grill, and a fish pond. This is our home villa and we host it with love and then you will enjoy, fully equipped kitchen, many books and toys. Guest access All garden is yours to use. Small part of the garden is shared with a our tenant (part of the front side ). Other things to note climbing wall could be dangerous. Climbing is at your own risk. The tentant lives out side the villa and has is own garden.
