Why they chose this property
Wailea is one of the best if not the best resort community in Maui and perhaps in all of Hawaii. Ekolu is a gorgeous condo complex. It is very sparsely built, and the grounds are gorgeously landscaped. When you are in Ekolu, you don't see buildings, you see a variety of tropical plants that bloom year around. It is like being in a botanical garden. Ekolu is a short walk away from some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Nearby luxury hotels, spas, shopping, tennis, and golf is an added bonus.
What makes this property unique
This second-floor unit is furthest away from the main road at the end of a cul de sac, consequently, it is very private and quiet. It is also at the very front row of Ekolu right on the golf course. Ocean and golf views are stunning. It is in one of the most desirable buildings in Ekolu. You get everything: privacy, quiet, and gorgeous views. This is a second-floor unit with cathedral ceilings and a very open and bright feel. The layout is very practical and comfortable. If you want amazing views, privacy, and quiet, this is the unit for you.
