On weekends and holidays the beaches sometimes get very crowded. But you can walk south or north and have quieter beaches.

Obrigado pelo seu feedback, nos faz observar onde podemos melhorar e acertamos.
Se a senhora reler o contrato firmado na hora, pode perceber a cláusula do condomínio sobre as visitas. Pode ser interessante levar atenção para essas condições em geral em qualquer contratação de imóvel no futuro. Isso contribui para o melhor proveito de todos.
Toda piscina necessita de limpeza. A do imóvel ocorre sempre na segunda (como descrito no contrato) e, caso tenha ocorrido 2 na mesma semana, muito provavelmente deve ter ocorrido por uma necessidade percebida pela equipe de manutenção. Espero que compreenda que as pessoas estão servindo para o bom proveito dos demais.
Sobre o banheiro, realmente falhamos. Busquei os funcionários da manutenção, porém, provavelmente por causa do período contratado, eles não estávam disponíveis.
E como não haviamos entendido que isso era um incômodo para os inquilinos, esperamos que a(s) pessoa(s) da manutenção estivesse disponível.
Creio que nossa comunicação ocorreu alguma falha pelos 2 lados. E esperamos poder servir a toda família sempre que necessário.

O imóvel é espaçoso porém a casa está um pouco descuidada , tivemos problemas com um ar condicionado que foi prontamente solucionado pelo proprietário, um acidente doméstico o gancho da rede se partiu pois estava muito enferrujado. No mais a localização é boa, condomínio organizado.
