A brand new apartment located 100m from the long sandy beach and a couple of minutes away from the cosmopolitan center of Nea Flogita village.

Modernly furnished, located on the ground floor making it ideal for families with children.

Consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room and kitchen area with a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 4 adults.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, kitchenware and tableware for 4 guests, fridge, air condition free of charge, Wi-Fi free of charge, flat LCD TV with national channels, shower, mosquito nets, outdoor sitting area, commonly shared BBQ, and parking lot free of charge.

The supermarket and bakery are 200m, and the nearest beach bars and tavernas 100m away.
