A 200 year old Kellerstockl (wine-press) adapted into an international award winning house. Two stories, with a loft space on the first floor and below the original wine cellar with vaulted ceiling. The full glass facade shows a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings, overlooking the Alps. The outdoors and the indoors are no longer separated and merge to an unique living experience.

Perfectly situated in a 4000m2 garden, the house is located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, and in close proximity to wineries (Buschenschank) in Sausal and beyond. A 30 minute drive to Graz (UNESCO City of Design) connects to modern day city life.

Known for excellent wine and food this is the perfect spot to experience the Styrian heartbeat.

If you accidentally damage something, please send us a message, so we can address it. If you enjoyed a bottle of wine from the cellar, please leave the exact change on the kitchen table.
Please ensure all doors are securely closed, lights are turned off, and the stereo is off. Check carefully so all clothes and personal items are back in the suitcase. Thank you for staying at us.
