We arrived late for check-in. I called to let them know and since they do not have late night staff, she explained the procedure for us to get in the locked building and get our key. Our room was spacious and clean. The small deck off of the bedroom was an added bonus for fresh air. The space was well laid out. No complaints! All of the staff we interacted with were polite, professional and helpful. The location was superb for downtown Durango.

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the rooftop hot tubs. The staff is super helpful and the complimentary laundry comes in handy. It was our second stay and we did not realize there were different room layouts- we made it work but be aware.

Nice stay. Great location and the unit had everything we needed. Easy walks to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Unit was clean and a good amount of space.Only issue is that I don’t recall ever seeing anything about pay parking at the property. At check-in I was informed I needed to pay 14.00 a day to park in lot. That should be announced in the listing.
