Overall, it was an okay experience. We had ups and downs, I will be trying again. Once the remodel's done, rooms are a little outdated, but when we were visiting, construction was underway

Rooms were comfortable and spacious with nearly everything you'd need. A laundry basket for wet towels and a drying rack would be a helpful addition (not provided). Counters were sticky and there were a few stains on a set of sheets, but everything was resolved quickly by guest service. We look forward to staying again!

The room was clean. We were disappointed that not all of the waterparks were open the whole time we were there. We were also awakened at 12:30 am to extremely loud fire alarms which scared us half to death and we were surprised that the hotel never notified us that it was just a false alarm. But overall we had a good stay.

Great place to stay

Wonderful room. Great location. Many amenities. Rooms were larger than the pictures portrayed. Great space. If we vacation in the Dells again, I would definitely rebook with this listing.
