North Borneo Paradise 12 Pax Penthouse

Property a is 2-storey penthouse that occupies the 11th and 12th floor of the building. The whole penthouse is about 2400 sq ft in size, have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living area, a dining area and a kitchen. It also comes with 2 balconies, 1 near the living area and the other 1 near the kitchen.

There are 5 Queen size beds and 3 Single size beds in total. There will also be 2 parking lots given throughout your stay.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and so are the living and dining area. Penthouse is subscribed to Astro (a local satellite tv) and Streamyx Wi-Fi by Telekom Malaysia.

You can find the washing machine at the back balcony to do your washing. We will also provide washing powder and softener during your stay. Please use it in moderation, we appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Basic housekeeping is provided daily between 10AM to 5PM.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
