We had a great stay at this property. The location on the water was amazing. The home is older and could use some updating, but it checked all the boxes for a rental home stay. Pool was perfect, kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A spacious, comfortable, ideally located for walking to the beach home with lovely pool over looking water way. We felt that it could do with a little updating, in particular the patio doors were difficult to open. The only negatives were there were only 4 sun loungers for a home which slept 8 and the crockery was plastic, no china. We would stay again.

Great LOCATION! Easy access to the gulf by boat, walk/bike to the beach, close to grocery and pool in the backyard. Plenty of space for 8 people. Bikes, towels and kitchen tools available. Outdoor area was perfect. Rental company was very responsive throughout the stay. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful house choose to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Pretty of room for the family to spread out. Not a long walk to the public beach, but we also enjoyed kayaking from the dock. Cleanliness was good and the kitchen meet our needs. A great house for a group vacation.

Great start to summer

We were very happy with the house, it was very clean, beds were comfortable and we loved the open floor plan. Plenty of space & the pool area was perfect. We enjoyed sitting under the Lanai in the evenings while we grilled & the neighborhood was quiet as well. The property manager was great for communication & checked in with us periodically which we appreciated. We will definitely stay here again & are already planning our next trip to Marco Island.

June 2019 Stay

This was a last minute booking on the tail end of a trip to the Cayman Islands. The house was perfect for our needs. Check in/out process was super easy. The property was in a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Pool has great exposure, so it’s in the sun all day. The house was extremely clean and had pool rafts, 2 bikes and beach gear. We had a very relaxing couple of days.

Easy bike ride to the beach. Spacious 4 bedroom easily sleeps our 8. Screened in pool area on the canal provides great fun and views. There were a couple bikes already in the garage this year, but we had already rented some that were dropped off. Weber gas grill looked brand new. It looks like people are taking care of this place pretty well year to year.

Inside is dated but very functional. We noted a few things that needed attention to Marco Island Vacation Properties - who are great - and I'm sure they will address them. The mattresses are really bad - like cardboard - and the pillows are also terrible. The owners should consider upgrading, and I've never complained about a mattress in a rental before. Bedding was really old also. It would also be nice to have some area rugs; there is literally one inside the front door and that's it. Except for the terrible mattresses, a pleasant stay overall.

We bring our boat with us to Marco and this house is situated very close to Caxambas Pass, so it has quick and easy access to the gulf and bays. Also a short walk to Beebee's Ice Cream, which is always a family favorite.
