Great property and location!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Alina is an excellent host, prompt, and attentive. Alina pays attention to details and makes me feel like I never left home.The apartment is indeed newly furnished and remodeled. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, located close to the best beaches and the most attractions in the area, with a shopping area too. More importantly, it is quiet and in a nice area. Also, a very safe location I know that it was an excellent decision to rent this place and have Alina as a host.You would be close to Clearwater (about a 10-12-minute drive), Tarpon Springs, parks, St. Pete, arts galleries, posh restaurants, and the wonderful people of Florida!

We had a good stay at Alina apt. It is very quiet, about 15 min drive to the beaches. Stores are close by. The pool is a bit small for the number of people in the area.

Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect combination of convenience, relaxation, and easy access to everything Clearwater has to offer. The Avalon is a beautiful gated community in a quiet and welcoming setting, while still being just a short drive from the world-famous Clearwater Beach.

One of the things I love most is how convenient the location is. Publix is directly across the street, along with restaurants and other everyday essentials, so you can easily walk to pick up groceries or grab a bite to eat. Clearwater Beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and many of the area’s attractions are all just minutes away.

It’s a wonderful location for guests who want to enjoy the beach and everything Clearwater has to offer, while coming home to a peaceful and comfortable community at the end of the day.

What makes my property special is the relaxed Florida vacation atmosphere I’ve created inside the condo. It has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully decorated with a coastal nautical theme, designed to make you feel like you’re on vacation from the moment you walk through the door.

The condo combines the comfort of home with the feeling of a beach getaway. A comfortable king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa provide plenty of space to relax, while the bright, welcoming décor creates a peaceful coastal atmosphere after a day at Clearwater Beach.
