Beautiful home located minutes from Siesta Key Beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This house has been refurnished , So everything is brand new. This home is in walking or biking distance to great restaurants, or walking and biking in the great neighborhood. Enjoy the siesta village stores and restaurants and absolutely beautiful sunsets at siesta beach. Every bedroom has a HD smart TV and wireless internet throughout the home. Enjoy cooking out on the new weber grille and relaxing out on the lanai watching your favorite show on the mounted TV or listening to music and just enjoying the company of your friends and family. Take a swim in the salt water heated pool, the pool is heated Nov 1 through Feb 28 at 84 degrees. Create great memories as you relax and enjoy yourself in the Siesta Key area. Take a bike ride to the beach on one of the bikes that are provided for you to use throughout your stay. Enjoy Sunday evenings at siesta beach at the drummers circle.

Villa

We had a great time staying in the villa We found that it was in a good location. Good restaurants near by especially Max’s Table for breakfast. Also very handy for the beach as it is just 5 minutes down the road

Wonderful vacation property

Matt's property surpassed our expectation. It was a lovely property in a quiet location with wonderful facilities. Everything in the property was of excellent quality and well maintained and Matt had thought of everything to facilitate visitors to his vacation rental. We loved all the beach equipment and the large pool towels. My daughter was most impressed with the excellent laundry equipment which she used regularly for our grandson of three. Lisa greeted us warmly on our arrival day, showed us around and the property felt like home for our eight days. It was most welcoming and clean. Our family loved the outdoor pool and sundeck and the lanai was well used at night. A very comfortable spot in the house. Sadly we had no time for the bikes which Matt has in his garage. We were last in Siesta in 2015 so know the area well. The location of the property served well for the most amazing beach beach, Publix and our favourite ice cream shop Abels(near Swimcity). We were very sad to leave Siesta key, our favourite area in Florida (we are UK based) but hope to return in the near future. We would certainly not hesitate to stay at Matt's place again. Thank you to Lisa who was always at the end of the phone for any concerns. Book this lovely home and it will not disappoint.

Family Holiday Fun

We were able to spend a week at this property with family for the Christmas holiday. The home is perfect to enjoy the heated pool with the kids. The screened porch and living area were relaxing. The beds were comfortable! The location was perfect to get around siesta key and other areas that we needed!
