About this property

Beautiful Family Home Rental close to the Ocean and Amsterdam

We are renting our cozy 4-bedroom family home while we are away on vacation.

We have 3 beds which can each sleep two people (2 queens, one double), and there is an extra space (the healing room / office) that can be slept in if you are willing to put a mattress in there.

This house can potentially sleep up t o 8 people comfortably.

Located in the Van Zeggelenbuurt neighbourhood in Haarlem East, just a 5 minute bike ride into the city centre. About 20 minutes by transit directly into Amsterdam. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Direct bus to the beach from the nearby bus stop, or a 30 minute bike ride to Amsterdam.

Also close to Kennemerland National Park (25 minutes by bike)... sand dunes + lake + wild bison!

There is a top floor with two bedrooms. One is a loft style of bedroom with a big mattress on the floor, and it connects to another bedroom with a double bed. The other two rooms are on the floor below (middle floor), and one is featured in the photos.

Kitchen, living room, and eating area is on the main floor.

Total area of the house is 119m2. There are three floors.

Home fr9m from in Haarlem

Fabulous, cosy home in a quiet residential area, spotlessly clean and with all amenities thoughtfully provided. Communication with our host was excellent, with clear instructions and directions, including which was the best way to get there from Amsterdam, as we had arrived on Eurostar. Haarlem is a really lovely town: we enjoyed strolling to the market in the morning and browsing the many and varied stalls there, plus there are many friendly bars and restaurants in Haarlem, and all within walking distance of the house. There is also a supermarket 5 minutes away from the house. I would recommend this house unreservedly!

Très agréable maison dans une superbe ville.

La maison est confortable, sur 3 étages, avec une jolie cuisine donnant sur le jardin. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, l'équipement en cuisine était un peu juste pour 5 personnes et certains ont déploré l'absence d'un grille pain ! Très facile pour se rendre à Amsterdam, avec le bus ( 4 euros le ticket ) ou avec Uber ( 30 euros environ le trajet). Le quartier est sympa avec des commerces à proximité et des restos . Nous recommandons cette location !
