We, Stephane and Tin, once had a chance to travel through An Bang 3 years ago and feel so overwhelmed by this idyllic village, so we decided to buy land and build our own house to stay, write books-stories and create art. The house was built with our enthusiasm and the hands of talented craftsmen here. We affectionately call the name of our house Stone Villa because it is probably the first villa, and may be the only stone built in this village. We have tried to re-use the old boat unused villagers for decorative purposes and use in this villa
Why they chose this property
We are in An Bang village (the dialect of "peaceful"). This is one of the last fishing villages located on the "five star" coastline linking Da Nang to Hoi An. The Hanoi people, and foreigners, loved the village and invested their efforts to survive, not being swallowed up by "five-star" investors.
What makes this property unique
Imagine, after a long time working in a dusty, busy city, you want to wake up early and hear the sound of the waves hitting the white sands, listening to the birds singing outside. On the roof, the space is mild and clear, the strong sunlight shining through the fragile leaves, irrigating everything from the roof down the leaf slits, dropping drops on the terrace ...
