Everything was perfect. The host was kind and responsive when we had questions. The home was clean and beautiful. They had fire wood already available upon arrival and even left treats for our dog! The host gave us recommendations on which parks to visit and when which was a huge help.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this welcoming cabin! Very clean, spacious and had many little touches that made us feel at home. It is very peaceful and the views of the stars at night were incredible!
The house was very nice and very clean. It was a pet friendly property. The hot tub was clean and nice large property. I am a big guy and the main bed was a foam mattress and its hard to get in and out of bed
Everything was clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the coziness of being in the woods and the hot tub. We didn’t have a chance to build a fire outside but will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting!!
We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely come back. The property sits on a large private lot, so it feels very secluded and quiet—perfect for unplugging—but it’s still only about 15–20 minutes from the main parks and trails like Old Man’s Cave and Cedar Falls. We traveled with three young kids (all under 4) and our dog, and the setup worked really well for us. There was plenty of space to spread out, and the layout made it easy to manage naps and downtime. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space really makes this place. The kids loved being outside, and we made great use of the fire pit areas. The hot tub and sauna were highlights for the adults—perfect after long days of exploring.Overall, this is a great mix of comfort, privacy, and location. If you’re traveling with young kids or pets and want a peaceful place to unwind, this is a great option.
Our host was very accommodating. She made sure we had plenty of towels. The house was cozy. We had an enjoyable stay. We even got to take a hike to Old Man Caves before the weather got too cold!
The whole place was lovely, the bedrooms are really nice and the hot tub is always a huge plus. The owner was accommodating and let us check in early (we had some technical difficulties) and was very quick to respond. Overall, it was great! Well worth the price.
