This 7 story complex of 3 buildings is conveniently situated directly across the street from the beach and close to area attractions. It boasts a tropical oasis of pools hot tubs tennis putting green shuffleboard as well as a pier & private beach all overlooking Little Lagoon. This 5th floor property faces South where you can catch cool breeze and glimpse the Gulf from your private balcony. Enjoy the updated kitchen tile floors throughout washer/dryer and a cottage dÃ©cor. This unit has WIFI access and WIFI is also available throughout the lobby outdoor areas and interior units. Due to limited parking a 1 car maximum is enforced. Monthly reservations can be made in this nonsmoking unit October to March 1.

This property collects parking fees onsite. The cost is $25.00 per parking pass for vehicles and $20.00 for trailers. The passes will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Great service

When we arrived at the property, the air wasn't working. I called Suncoast and someone was there within an hour to check it. The next morning, a whole new unit was installed by a very capable and friendly contractor. We were impressed with the speed and willingness taken to make our stay enjoyable.

Fun on the Beach

Condo is right across from the beach, with private board walk. Had all we needed minus maybe a beach chair and umbrella. The pool area is very nice. We could look out to the beach from the balcony. One major plus was that all you needed was a code to get in and didn’t have to carry around keys all week!!

Over all good but balcony door needs new rollers installed. Most women and children cannot open the balcony door. Light switches could be marked for ease of use.

Well....

Great beach view, very short walk to beach, but cleanliness in the condo was not good. Sliding glass door to deck very difficult to open. Dishwasher door does not close properly. Washer and dryer need cleaning after each rental because smoke smell in washer and dryer and also caused staining on some swim shirts. Could be much better, but needs some TLC. Rental company quick to respond, but did not follow-up. Disappointed.
