Well-stocked and beautiful penthouse condo on Anna Maria Sound. We loved our stay! We spent a great deal of time on the covered patio/ sun porch and watching the sunset and enjoying morning coffee. A quick drive to AMI and great central spot to get around. Pool was also great. 5 stars!

Awesome place to stay! Couple minute drive to Anna Marie Island! Grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, and beach all within couple minutes of property! Highly recommend and we will be returning! Thank you for the stay at your beautiful condo!

Escape from the everyday!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Very close to other surrounding areas we enjoy visiting. St Pete, Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, etc. Plenty to do in the area but also a great place to kick back and relax.

Six teachers spent a week together! It was heaven! The place was well stocked and very clean! Frank , our host checked in by phone to see if we needed anything! The view was spectacular and very convenient location for shopping and the beach! We definitely hope to stay there again in the future! It’s a gem!

Wonderful!!!

Stayed here for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving after the holiday with family. This condo was exactly as described with everything we needed. Wonderful location and everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Perfect Birthday Away

This was a perfect place for my 60th birthday getaway with friends. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for getting to the island. The condo was very clean, there were beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very pleasant.

Right size property for our group

The ‘penthouse’ unit was just as described online and the perfect size for our multi-generational group. Easy, close parking and an elevator definitely help make the stay great. It’s unfortunate that guests can’t access the beach club, however.

Alex was great with the trip and very responsive. The requested unit was booked however Alex provided us with another unit that fit our needs as well. The new unit exceeded our expectations. Very accommodating and answered any question we had!

Great condo, amenities, and location

The condo had a great location just off the AMI bridge so it was easy, if we wanted, to bike or walk across the bridge and catch the trolley (to avoid traffic). The condo was very secure and has a covered parking spot. The high screened in porch had amazing views, complex was quiet, and just an overall great place to stay for our family of 4.

The Nicest Place

We were pleased with the property and the design of our unit. It was an easy 5 minute drive to Ana Maria Island and a bit further to great restaurants on the island. Also five minutes to Bradenton and about 10 to our daughters wedding venue. It is quiet and serene.

Beautiful vacation condo

This condo was fantastic for a family get away with the grandparents! Plenty of space for all of us. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the water. My boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground area. The beach chairs and umbrella were useful for our trips to Holmes Beach. It was a quick trip by car to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Highly recommend! Very family friendly.

Beautiful Condo with Peaceful View

Our family of 4 felt at home staying in this beautiful condo for a week. The community is so peaceful and amenities were perfectly situated, making it easy to access as we pleased - especially the heated pool, splash pad and playground. Our favorite place was the private screened-in balcony. It was perfect for enjoying the breeze and water view. We felt safe leaving the sliding door open to allow our 4 yr old and 1 yr old to enjoy it while playing. We plan to visit again!

Peaceful

Our stay was excellent! We came with my parents and our 5 year old son. The penthouse had a lot of room for all of us. Everything felt new and updated. My son enjoyed pool and splashpad. We loved the balcony with the shade. We didn't have to worry about mosquitos. Excellent!
