We've been going to the Abacos for over 20 years, we lived there on our boat years ago. Several years ago we had finally saved enough to buy land and then build. We couldn't be happier spending our time on Guana.

Why they chose this property

A newly renovated house that we would love to share with people who love our island. We will continue to upgrade as we go along, we want those who respect living on an island and take care of the eco system that we all love.

We built our house like a modern day Bahamian house, all the comforts but with the style from yesteryear. Outdoor living like you just can't believe.

What makes this property unique

Large open breezeway that is shared between the main house and in-law suite. Grill outside, sit and watch the sunset or just stay cool with the breezes that come through. Wifi is there but no TV's, if you want to watch something you will have to bring your Ipad or computer.
