The living-dining area and bedroom are 35m2. In the living area there is a cozy sofa set with dining table, fireplace, TV and stereo. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer with sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, a lot of storage space and lots of dishes and cooking utensils.

The bedroom on the ground floor has 2 beds with a bed box and a wardrobe. It is possible to provide a baby travel bed. The bedroom in the attic can be reached via a space-saving staircase with a view of the lake. There are 3 beds.

The bathroom is a shower room with toilet and mirror cabinet.


Sun terrace: The entrance of the house leads over the 30 m2 sun terrace, from which you can look directly over the 13 ha swimming lake (south-facing). The boat and fishing pier is located directly on the terrace. The associated rowing boat is available free of charge.

Outside: The 220m2 property is completely fenced and has a shed to store bicycles.
There are still 2 parking spaces.

Directions: Departure from the A20 onto the federal road (Sternberg /
Neukloster / Zurow) then turn right at the next intersection into the village of Zurow towards Wismar on the main road until almost the town exit Zurow, turn right towards Ravensruh in 2 km you have reached the lake on your left, pass the Ravensruh entrance sign and then turn hard left into the dirt road and carry it up to house No. 5!

Sehr schöne Gegend, tolle Lage des Ferienhauses

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig als letztes von 5 Häusern an einem kleinen See in dem man gut angeln kann. Zum Haus gibt es auch ein kleines Ruderboot, was Angler sehr freuen dürfte. Die teilweise überdachteTerrasse am Haus ist ganz geräumig und mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Was für uns ganz schön gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war die Trinkwasserversorgung aus Kanistern, da das Haus nicht ans Trinkwassernetz angeschlossen ist. Das Wasser zum Waschen bzw. Duschen kommt aus einem Brunnen, der eine recht fragwürdige gelbe Brühe fördert. Das Haus insgesamt ist einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir haben vorher schon vieles absprechen können. Er hat uns auch einen Angelschein organisiert, damit es gleich losgehen konnte. Abschließend müssen wir aber ehrlicher Weise doch sagen, dass man hier vorwiegend die gute Lage bezahlt und für sein Geld kaum Komfort bekommt.

Tolles Haus mit wundervollem Ausblick im Grünen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle Umgebung, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr netter Vermieter. Von den Nachbarn ist Dank des Sichtschutz es (fast) nichts zu sehen. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht das Wasser aus dem Hahn, welches kein Trinkwasser ist. Aber es wird Trinkwasser bereitgestellt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Insgesamt alles vorhanden, Super Lage direkt am See, dafür Daumen hoch. Matratzen leid durchgelegen

Super Lage, schön ruhig, für Naturliebhaber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider waren die Matratzen im Doppelbett extrem durchgelegen, richtige Kuhlen, übel für den Rücken . Und leider hat das Brunnenwasser für Dusche usw sehr gestunken, wie Kloake.....sorry aber war leider so. Es wird aber reichlich Trinkwasser in 5 Liter Kanister zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch reichlich Holz und Kohle zum Heizen standen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt aber neue Matratzen im Doppelbett sind überfällig.

Perfekter Ort um Ruhe zu finden

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die ersten Tage hatten wir den See für uns alleine. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt, selbst Karten- und Brettspiele, Zeitschriften und Bücher sind vorhanden. Leider war das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite aber da kann nun ja keiner etwas gegen unternehmen. Wir werden bestimmt auch mal im Sommer hier Urlaub machen.

Tolle Lage , alles Erforderliche vorhanden und funktionsfähig

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren mit der Ausstattung zufrieden. Was uns nicht gefiel war der unbefestigte und teilweise sehr ausgefahrene Weg zu dem Haus. Das Haus verfügt über keinen Trinkwasseranschluss , was im Vorfeld nicht erkennbar war. Trinkwasser war ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt .

Ein Anglerparadies

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft . Leicht zu finden und eine gute Einweisung bzw. Übergabe vom Vermieter. Für Angler ein richtiges Paradies. Es war für uns zur Erholung genau richtig. Nur wenn der Wind ungünstig steht ist die nahegelegene Autobahn störend .
