We were not sent the check in details and spent an hour calling the host without them answering. Once in windows don’t open properly or at all there needs to be somewhere to hang your towel up to dry not a little hook given there are only 1 towel each. The crockery cupboard smells and needs airing. Low water pressure in showerPositives nice quiet location.

Perfect Location - Great Apartment

The apartment was perfect for a 4 night stay - location is fantastic - right in the heart of Sorrento Main Street - ideal for walking to cafes / restaurants and down to the beach.Apartment was perfectly suited for us - a couple - all amenities we could need for our stay.

Great Location

Great property, super well located and clean, exactly as advertised. Even though it's in the middle of the Sorento shopping strip it's super quiet in the evenings too. Great base to spend a long weekend and explore the peninsula from. Communication with the hosts was very quick, clear concise. Would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend!

This is the perfect location for a getaway. Clean, undercover parking and walking distance to some great restaurants and cafes. David was lovely to communicate with. All questions were answered promptly and politely. My daughter was married at The Baths and this location made it so easy to enjoy the weekend.

My partner and I had a great stay and would love to return one day. Great location in the main street. Check in instructions were clear. Bathroom and kitchen were very clean. As people with allergies, we were bit disappointed in how dirty the skirting boards in the bedroom and floor under the couches were.

The booking process was very simple and straightforward, especially when we decided to extend our stay. The apartment was located right in the middle of town and it was therefore perfect to walk everywhere. My only complaint was that on one day of my stay, the water was suddenly cut off to the building. I rang the booking agent, Go Coastal, to report the issue who said they would investigate and get back to me. The water was subsequently reconnected, however the booking agent did not make any contact with me, as they said they would, to advise what the situation was.
