At the heart of Seminary, MS you can enjoy an exclusive view of one of the largest waterfalls on the river. Located on the banks of the Okatoma River this cabin boast views of the most popular river in MS. You will enjoy two spacious bedrooms and a huge loft that can sleep 4. Central air/heat with an optional wood stove for that true cabin experience! Washer and Dryer available. Spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing that overlooks the waterfall. Activities include walking trails, swimming, fishing.

Pet fee covers maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets are an additional $20 per pet. Early check in or late check out are an additional $50.00

We have stayed here for the third forth of July in a row and it really is a good spot and place for kids. Watching all the kayakers and canoes come down the waterfall is one our favorite pastimes while here

What an amazing, peaceful, secluded stay! It was stunning and way more beautiful and serene in person. I thoroughly enjoyed all the woodwork details inside the house and the unbelievable sound and sight of the waterfall. My kids loved playing in the water and on the sandy beach areas. The house had everything we needed and more. And the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved it here!

The pictures that are posted are outdated. It’s not as clean as picture show. The pictures of the creek show that you should be able to get down to the creek and you cannot unless you want to jump about 6 foot. The AC went out and we ended up leaving a day early because it was unbearable to stay in there. We did get in contact with Vrbo and she said it was fixed later that day

This is an amazing place to reconnect with family and nature! Everything is exactly like the website says and more! Our Happy Place

This place is Awesome we enjoy it more each time we stay here- The Fairchilds have always been great to us from 20 years ago camping with the young ones at the boat launch to glamping in the cabin celebrating our youngest graduate Thanks for a Wonderful Weekend again

Great Place!

Great place with a beautiful view! Easy access to hiking through the woods and to the water. Nice floor plan, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, great wifi & TV options. We'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing graduation trip!

We loved our stay! Watching the kayaks go by was very entertaining! We stayed to celebrate a graduation from Southern Miss and I don’t think we could have found a better place! We are ready to go back!
