My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean, the property was beautiful and seeing the deer every morning was so fun. This place was 15 minutes from Boerne's Main Street so it was perfect distance and we loved the peace and quiet. We hope to stay here again soon. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Really nicely maintained and thoughtful amenities. Clean room and has an in-room A/C that keeps it cooled well. Location was very convenient as we were visiting friends in Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay then this is it. Owners live on property but didn’t even notice. Seeing the wildlife was awesome. Small but peaceful.

Wonderful place!

I truly enjoyed my month long stay at Steve and Roberta’s property. They really thought about everything a guest would need and the location is gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me while I worked on research. Lovely people and lovely location.
