Our Wailea Grand Champions condo has been newly redecorated and furnished with decor that depicts the beauty of Hawaii and our rich Hawaiian culture. As a local family who live on island, we are able to actively participate in the care and maintenance of our condo for our guests. We are a quick phone call away!

Our stay in Maui was amazing! The apartment was spectacular—much better than in the photos. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated, and felt even more spacious and comfortable than expected. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were a very nice touch. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and gear, which made our beach days so easy. Great location and a great stay

Excellent condo in a great location! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with useful items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. It was quiet, convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation spot!

The unit is in a great location in the complex, right on the golf course, with a peek view of the ocean and west Maui…. The sunsets are gorgeous. The place was also clean and bright, just as it looks in the pictures. And we made good use of the cooler and beach chairs that are available. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Wonderful stay

Because of the impending rainstorm Sonia had put in additional supplies which was very thoughtful. The condo is well stocked and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very close to the ocean. Norman was also very attentive to our requests. We loved the homemade jam. Thanks!

Ideal venue for our needs

Took the family on Spring Break. Had never used VRBO before, so we were a little anxious about the process. Check-in was easy and seamless. The unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and nice. Having the beach chairs and cooler available was huge. Location was ideal, being so close to the shops and restaurants at Wailea. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect stay for our family. We rented Sonia's condo for an entire week (two adults and three kids) and it was just great. My husband had a conference at The Grand Wailea, and we didn't want to pay the ridiculous daily rate to stay there (or the 70/daily valet fee) so we chose this location instead. Not only was it super affordable, it was only a 15 minute walk to the conference, parking was right outside the unit, and it's very close to a lot of great beaches and fun things in Kihei (without the traffic.) It's right off the highway so getting anywhere else on the island was super easy. We appreciated having the washer dryer, stocked kitchen, and extra towels / linens. The real cherry on top was the beach accessories. It was so nice not having to worry about renting beach chairs, an umbrella, or any beach toys for the kids. There are two pools at the Grand Champion - one felt more like a relax / adult only / quiet one, and the other always had kids and play, so that was also nice to have both options. Sonia was a very easy host to get in touch with as needed, and we would recommend staying here.

We loved it. Very clean and everything you need is within the unit. Spacious bedrooms! Pools and BBQ are a little far away. Need to drive to the beach but I expected that. Very reasonable price.

Great condo in perfect location

We loved staying here for our week in Maui! As we unpacked all our belongings, my wife commented how this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. She has high standards, so that was quite the compliment. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed, which our son slept on all week. The beach gear made our trips to the beach so enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to use to cook some meals. The community was very quite, clean and safe. We really loved the location in Wailea, and we hope to be able to stay here when we come back. It was a bit of a drive to some of our activities up in Lahaina, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay up there. Wailea felt so much more relaxed and laid back. Sonia was very helpful with the few questions we had during our time and quick to respond.

Lovely condo, peaceful views, the kindest Owner

Fresh and very clean home in a peaceful environment. We spent our time relaxing on the covered patio watching golfers teeing off. 2 Nd hole on the Blue Course. No need to pack bath products, everything is there. Tons of supplies. The master bath and especially the shower is heaven. Tasteful decor with white coton linen . The desks in the bedrooms became very handy for my husband.. not retired yet. I would like also to emphasize Sonia’s kindness who allowed us to check in early with 3 grandchildren on tow because their flight became a night flight back home. We also have been able to check out late for the same reason for a very reasonable fee. Nice location close by to a shopping center , 5 mns walk to a bar and grill. Very close too to Beach access. If you want to splurge, very nice Lunch at the Bistro Moliki at the Grand Wailea. To recap, lovely place, attentive and flexible Owner, beautiful views, calm and close to everything. Thank you Sonia. We will be back!

Nothing Could Be Better!!!!

Soniya has a beautiful house overlooking the gorgeous Wailea golf course. This 2 bedroom home will definitely make your stay in Maui a memorable one. All the amenities are provided for... coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, towels, boogie boards, iron...... everything you need is there. The location is fantastic. Thank you Soniya for making our trip so enjoyable.

Beautifully furnished condo on the Wailea golf course

The double shower in the master bath was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the island breezes were delightful, especially with the jalousie (slatted) windows. We never needed the AC. At sunset, we would walk out to the golf course and chat with neighbors and watch Maui's amazing sunsets. The location is very convenient to everything. We frequently walked down to the paved beach walk and back up. The owner, Sonia, was great to work with. I would definitely rent this property again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sonia’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable and at a convenient location. Sonia also left extra towels and linens for us to use. The kitchen had all the cookware, spices and appliances you may need. We also didn’t have any problem finding additional guest parking. Highly recommend Sonia’s condo if you are looking for a place to stay!
