Why Philip Harlow chose Coursan
We had a long search to find the right house for us - the main attraction was to be away from it all, as a complete contrast to living in London. We chose the Languedoc for its amazing weather, and knew from previous holidays that the region had a lot to offer in terms of history, places to visit, restaurants and of course, wine! The pace of life is relaxed - the locals still observe a proper break for lunch! The house itself met our needs perfectly - no neighbours to annoy, a real French feel to the house, with the features of a 140 year old farmhouse. It's a real home from home for us, and we only wish we could spend more time there!
What makes this House unique
It is incredibly peaceful - the occasional noise comes from the wine growers tending their vines from time to time. The pool and the terraces mean you can really relax. But it's still only a few minutes from Coursan with the usual small town facilities and a short drive from Narbonne which is one of our favourite small cities - a daily market and many restaurants make this a regular journey. In other small towns in the vicinity there is a great choice of local restaurants.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
