This comfy three bedroom unit sleeps 6 people and is located in the Iconic Horseshoe Bay. 3 bedrooms , 2 queen beds and two singles.
Walking distance to cafes and shops. Enjoy a beer and a bbq with
limited views from balcony. This unit is not at the front of the building and does not overlook Horseshoe bay. However, a short stroll and you are there.
Perfect for small family.
Stairs to level one.

No pets unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking.
3 night minimum for long weekends and 4 night minimum for Easter.
BBQ on balcony
Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean.
Entry is via keybox and the code will be provided on the morning of your arrival.

The location is very good as the Unit is an easy walk to Port Elliot beaches, walking paths, cafes and shops. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen has enough equipment to comfortably self cater. Checking in was easy. I enjoyed my stay in Port Elliot.

Very clean and well-appointed apartment with all the extras provided. Lovely to have all the things you need in the kitchen for cooking and very comfortable beds. Walking distance/close to beach and being close to the shops is great! Great BBQ and balcony. Good undercover parking. The only drawback was the water pressure in shower which was very low.

there was no information about the stairs to 2nd level. there was almost no space between bed and a set of drawers. the kitchen cupboards need cleaning. The paint work is in need of touching up. Worst of all the shower head must be clogged up as very little water came through, and there was no flange on bottom of shower door to prevent water splashing out on the floor. There was a cobweb with dead spider on the window frame Altogether we were very disappointed with this accommodation and stayed only one night!

I am sorry Gillian was disappointed with her stay. I would like to point out that there is a reference in the listing to the stairs. If guests do not read the whole listing before booking, then that is not really our fault. Gillian did raise the issue regarding the shower head and I had it fixed immediately. No guests prior to Gillian raised that issue so I was completely unaware. I also had the remainder of the bathroom inspected and was advised that there is nothing wrong with the shower. As for the kitchen cupboards and the cobweb with spider, no other guest have mentioned this and Gillian did NOT mention this to me when she vacated. The unit is small, but very well equipped and very good value for money. Very disappointing...

Clean, comfortable with everything you need, parking for two cars. Fantastic location just steps from the beach, walking distance to cafes/pub and even a view of the Cockle Train as it goes past. Appreciate the linens and fabulous hot water service to shower off after the sandy beach. Would gladly stay again.
