Golden Strand Condo's unit G2 is an oceanfront condominium located at milepost 7.6 in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This beachy 3 bedroom/2 bath condo features an extreme oceanfront view, full size kitchen, private balcony, and more! This is a non-smoking / no pets unit.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach front Condo is a great family vacation home. The beach is right outside your door - you can't get any closer! The unit sleeps 6 (feel free to bring an air mattress to sleep more). The master bedroom has its own private bathrooms with a private view of the ocean.

The living room has a beautifully decorated living area, flat screen TV multiple end tables and coffee table. The wet bar includes a sink. The dining area has a seating for six. The open well-stocked kitchen, with electric stove, and dishwasher looks out toward the dining and living areas. Along the back wall of the unit is a sliding glass door which opens up to the great private balcony overlooking the ocean. Here you'll find more seating for relaxing, reading or watching the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Or in the evening you can sit in the screened in patio in the front of the unit and enjoy a sunset. Completing the unit is a full size washer and dryer on site.

Outside, you'll find two fabulous pools (one just of the kiddies). A playground for the kids, charcoal grill and picnic area, ample security parking, and an elevator. For your convenience, there is also an open outdoor shower.

Get away, relax and enjoy your mornings on the deck enjoying your morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the afternoon on the beach watching the dolphins and pelicans and swimming in the ocean. In the evenings enjoy a variety of shopping and dining opportunities or relax in the screened in patio.

The Condominium is in a prime location for area attractions, such as water activities, Outlet Mall shopping, Outer Banks history, aquarium and dozens of restaurants from casual to fine dining! The location was amazing. The balcony was facing the wide open beach. The path to the beach was right next to a life guard. The inside was clean, and plenty of towels provided for our whole stay. The beds were comfortable, and there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed viewing the ocean and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The condo is centrally located and close to area restaurants and attractions. Communication with the owner was excellent. We highly recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and the location had an ocean front view which was amazing. The unit was outdated, the beds were uncomfortable. The bed in the room at the entrance literally made my spine hurt and I had to sleep on the couch to avoid being in pain. I have never experienced back pain. So this was an unwanted surprise. All in all, it could be better but was just okay. VRBO is amazing to deal with though.

We loved this rental! Reasons we are booking again:1. The view! so close to the ocean, you are sitting just above the dunes while on the balcony. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom!2. Location. So easy to get on and off of the beach. 30 steps down to the ground, maybe 10 yards to the dunes. 14 steps to get over the dunes. You are on the sand!Pros:The space is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, including dishes with lids for leftovers. They start you off with some dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and kitchen towels!Two big box fans, the front room gets warmScreened in patio is perfect for drying suites, leaving chairs and beach stuff so sand stays out of the unit!They have a broom AND vacuum cleaner Cons:As others have said, it is a bit outdated, but honestly, we didn't care! The price point and location was perfect!There were smart TVs, but you have to bring your own fire stick. No big deal, we know next time.It is inconvenient to get to the elevator. If you need the elevator to be close to the unit, this isn't for you. For us it was no big deal. The guys chose to carry the luggage up the steps. We could have used the luggage carts available, but they didn't mind. Also, if we were in a lower unit, the view wouldn't have been nice at all, we would have been staring directly at the dunesThe morning light is bright and comes right in the master bedroom! Sometimes we love waking up with the sun! Sometimes we don't!

Great get-a-way to Outer Banks

Beachfront beautiful

A great place to stay. Ocean very close to balcony. Only compliant was the elevator was not always working. Not a fancy condo but very well decorated and had everything you needed in the kitchen.
