Best stocked BnB we’ve ever used. Coffee, detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, plenty of everything we needed. And host is very nice and friendly.

This place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! There was a ton of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and it was incredibly clean. Our host was so unbelievably great with communication as well as being easy to work with. I highly recommend this for any and everyone travelling to Nashville.

This property is not in the best part of town. The sofa in the living room and the eat in kitchen stools should be replaced.The bed upstairs is too soft and the air conditioner unit is loud which made it hard to sleep up there.

I was surprised to read your comments, as none of these concerns were brought to my attention during your stay. Had I known about them, I would have been happy to come by, inspect the issues, and do everything possible to make your stay more comfortable. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just outside the busy downtown area. Many guests appreciate its peaceful setting, mature oak trees, and wooded backyard—an atmosphere that's increasingly rare in Nashville. After reading your review, I will inspect the items you mentioned, including the mattress and portable air conditioner. The portable AC in the primary bedroom is intended as supplemental cooling for the upstairs with additional ceiling fan and portable fans that could be used instead, and the home's HVAC system and furnishings were functioning properly during your stay. The kitchen barstools are fully functional, adjustable bar-height seating, and the sofa is only a few years old with recently updated cushion covers. I take pride in maintaining this home and want every guest to have a great experience. I appreciate your feedback, as it gives me the opportunity to review the property and ensure it continues to meet the high standards I strive to provide. I wish you all the best. Kathlena

Very clean house. The host is very attentive and very responsive. Fit 8 people very comfortably. No one had any complaints. The neighbors are also super nice. Centrally located to grocery stores and expressways. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Nashville.

Daughters wedding

It was a nice little house with all the bedrooms needed. Plenty of goods in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the back deck was wonderful to sit outside on.
