Not what it looks like
Very old property. One air conditioning in the living room only . Web site doesn’t specify the number of air conditioned rooms. Very hot in bedrooms for sleeping.
Very dirty bathrooms and mouldy.
The only positive is the location. Close to Noosaville river.

Holiday Noosa
The view you get went you enter the main living area makes you feel relaxed straight away.
The large living area was a pleasure to sit in and enjoy the view over the canal.
The house is in a quiet location with very little noise other than the occasional boat puttering past.
The master bedroom / ensuite is spacious and the bed very comfortable.
The house faces east so there is plenty of morning sun to enjoy while you have a morning cuppa.
The house needs some TLC with the tap handle in the master shower falling off when using it, the second toilet door handle is almost falling off and two of the screen doors quite loose on their track.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and intend coming back next year.
Lovely property in beautiful location. Very comfortable home with nearby restaurants and gorgeous walks. Pet friendly meant we could have our small dog with us to complete great stay.
I have always said once i stay at one place I want to go to something different. Kennilworth on the mary river to montville and maleny are some examples, I would be sure Id love to come back here.

I wanted this location and liked the look of the house from the pictures, but they don't do it justice! It was much more impressive in real life - big rooms, great views and high ceilings. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, crockery and cutlery, compared to the usual minimal supplies.
Delightful Noosa Bungalow in Exclusive Noosa Waters
This is an older style property is located in the upmarket Noosa Waters area. Beautiful water views and outlook, patio and grassed area for pets. Excellent ioff street parking. The property is very comfortable with new lounge, fridge and TV having been recently added by owners. A refreshed outdoor setting would complete the upgrade. Best value for money in Noosa and very good property managers who were a breeze to deal with. Would recommend for couples looking for a well located quiet property with stunning outlook. We will be returning.
