This secured gated property is a 4 bedroom beach house with pool, located only 300m from the dog-friendly Castaways beach. This home offers panoramic sea views from the main bedroom and is a perfect beach side retreat for families, with bedding for up to 8. This house has everything you need for a great family holiday, including internet and Wii to keep the kids entertained - adults too, maybe!
The large kitchen/dining living space opens to an outdoor deck; all overlooking the solar heated pool. There is a separate media room & two additional living areas with bar and pool table. At the rear is a covered BBQ and entertaining area in a delightful setting.

Only a 10 minute walk to Castaways Surf Beach and 15 minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosa and the many restaurants, shops and bars it has to offer. If you prefer the more laid back atmosphere than explore Peregian Beach Village. The local shops and businesses include boutique clothing shops for the whole family, unique gifts, latest fashions and cafes serving great coffee and delicious treats. You will build family holidays memories at this property!

All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.
