The Shell Beach Suite sits above the detached garage and art studio behind the main house. The suite is a beautiful space with full kitchen and bath. Clean and full of light. There is a very comfortable queen bed, table and chairs. The kitchen has granite counter top, stove, refrigerator and is fully equipped with pots and pans, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and dishware.

We have wireless internet, air conditioning and heating.

On the private deck there is a table, chairs and umbrella where you can enjoy your coffee or meals.

Brew your morning coffee and take a 2 minute stroll to the water. Sit on the bench and watch the waves crash under your feet.

Experience some of the most beautiful sunsets just steps from the studio.

Shell Beach is one of the most wonderful places to be. It is a friendly, quiet neighborhood with people who love being here. The ocean life is spectacular! Whales, dolphins, sea otters, pelicans and so much more. The studio is walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, small grocery store, delis, liquor store, post office, library and parks.

We have owned a home in Shell Beach since 2003. We believe it is one of the most beautiful places in the country. We love it here and love sharing it with new people. We enjoy hiking, bike riding, walking on the beach and spending time with our friends.

Why they chose this property

We are on the ocean. But have easy access to all the things we like to do, hiking, water sports, great restaurants, wineries and other adventures. Very friendly community.

What makes this property unique

The suite is comfortable, private and quiet in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We are on a larger lot giving our guests a more private experience. Many places in this area are not near the ocean. Our guests can walk 150 steps and downstairs to the beach. Or sit on a bench above the beach and enjoy the sounds of the waves and sea birds, take in the views, watch whales spouting, dolphins and otters swimming along the coast.
