- The open-rooftop offers beautiful East ocean View, Namae Port, Jumujin Port, and Odae MT view.
- It is very closed to sea and is approximately 25m from your room which takes 3 minutes walk distance. So you can enjoy the ocean view and wave sound in your room.
- It takes 5 minutes to Sodol Port and Jumunjin Fish Market and it is the best place to try fresh Seafood if you like.

-Smoking is prohibited for the comfortable indoor environment and fire prevention, and grilling of meat (pork belly and fried food) is prohibited. (This is a consideration of other guests due to fire and smell.)
- After enjoying in the sea, please be sure to remove sand from outside before entering in the room.
- Be careful not to spill the seafood on the floor when you come in.
- Separate and discharge garbage to external garbage disposal place after food separation
- Induction, gas boiler valve should be off when leaving
- There is a liability for reimbursement when the equipment is damaged.
- Under age group without supervisor will not be accepted or checked-in under any circumstance.
- For relaxation and mature accommodation culture, please refrain from too much drinking and making noisy. This is also residence area so please do not make noisy after 10pm.
