Inaugurated in May / 2019, Evian brings a complete structure for those who want to enjoy leisure with family and friends and enjoy what is most special about Caldas Novas: the natural hot springs.

With its own thermal well, the hot water comes straight from the source to warm visitors of Paradise Water in the heart of the savannah. The guest has a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, harmonizing the aquatic complex with a lush landscape design. Leisure goes beyond the thermal pools: guests have access to a movie theater, restaurant, hammock, as well as a playground and playroom to ensure the fun of the children.

The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are ideal for families who want to enjoy their holidays, but do not give up the comfort of feeling at home. Each room has its privacy, providing comfort and peace to all occupants. The gourmet balcony guarantees a great view, adding to the spaciousness of the apartment.
