Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space.

The kitchen is chef-ready with healthy ceramic and stainless steel pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. You could easily bake or cook your favorites if you would wish to enjoy the kitchen with a view.

The 2-Way coffee maker is compatible with K-Cup pods (Keurig style) or regular grounds.

The dining table seats 4, bar stools seat 2 additional.

New 55" 4K UHD Smart LED TV in the living room and 48" LED TV in the bedroom.

Complimentary access to movies, shows, and TV series on Amazon Prime Video, through the TVs both in the living room and the bedroom.

Our condo has a keyless entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

Two adult-size beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests, as an alternative to the rental beach setups offered by the beach service company. (Please note that the private umbrella & chairs are allowed only behind the rows of beach service rental setups, as part of the resort policies.)

We offer a start-up supply of toilet paper, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towels.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor, right next to the elevators area.

Pelican Beach Resort has heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, beach services, beachside Tiki Bar, video game room, tennis courts, free parking, EV charging stations, and outdoor grills.

Beautiful place right on the ocean

Such a nice place!!! Loved the remodeled unit, and loved the resort, which had everything we wanted, beachfront, good food, 3 pools, and a tiki bar. What more could you want! And the owner (Sumer) was extremely helpful and quick to respond on everything! Thank you!!!

The condo was as described, beautifully decorated and very clean. Communicating with the host was easy and we always got a quick response. The pools and grounds were beautiful and we loved the convenience of having breakfast and lunch available without leaving the property. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had a great view and every extra amenity that you could need. The condo was quiet and we had no issues. With that being said, I would suggest a cushion refresh or replacement of the sofa and chair. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the owner's prompt emails.

Family Beach trip

We had a relaxing time in Destin. The condo was good. They have remodeled some things and it looked nice. Some other things could be remodeled to make it nicer. My daughter was frustrated with all the hairs all over her bed linens. I received so many emails that I had trouble finding the correct one with the instructions on how to unlock the door. We tried to call owner but no answer. I finally found the correct email. Loved the Tiki bar by the pool and that waitresses came to the rental chairs to take our order. The view from the 16th floor made up for any imperfections!

Great time in Destin

The location was great for us, although my wife would have liked more local shopping, dinning and activities within walking distance we got along just fine. Condo was clean and all items were functional. Parking was easy and plentiful. One recommendation would be to plan your dinners well in advance and get reservations, if possible. Many of the restaurants near the condo were seriously understaffed and you would be luck my to get a 2 hour wait, if you get in at all. Enjoyed our time here and hope you do as well.

After viewing photos of MANY properties in Destin on VRBO, I chose this one as it had been renovated and I loved the choices that had been made. The unit was impeccably clean and contained everything one could need. Also, it is located on the 16th floor of the building and the views are incredible! Beautiful views & convenient location!

This property was EXACTLY what my sister and I wanted for our weekend getaway! Beautiful views…we could see dolphins from our balcony!!! And the beach was very easy to access from the complex. The condo was clean with comfortable beds. There are lots of restaurants close by to choose from, and grocery store a block away. Sumer was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. I highly recommend this rental!!
