Picturesque ocean views at 705 Sailmaker unparalleled by any other on the island make this luxury Summer Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome extraordinary. The second you walk through the front door, you will be astonished by the breathtaking views easily visible through the sliding glass door and large windows in the great room. The spacious great room features a khaki leather sofa and 2 navy recliners arranged around a gas log fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it.

The newly renovated kitchen with its contemporary white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous gray granite countertops is open to the great room and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. A glass top table with seats for four is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is the ideal location to enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the waves crash along the sandy shore as the seagulls soar above. Through the glass slider, you will discover a large balcony with a beautiful view of the grassy dunes and scenic coastline. Forget your worries, relax, and unwind as you sip on a glass of wine and dive into a good book in one of the patio rocking chairs. Conveniently located on the same level is a guest bedroom with 2 twins beds and a half bathroom off of the entryway.

Upstairs you will find the roomy master bedroom with the most magnificent view! Open up the gorgeous white plantation shutters and watch the sunrise from the comfort of the plush king bed. A sink and large vanity area are also part of this elegant room. The updated master bath is adjoined to the bedroom and features a large beige tiled shower. Across the hall lies an additional bedroom painted a serene blue-green and featuring a queen bed with crisp white luxury bedding. This room also has a sink and large vanity area as well as a full bath adjoined.

This townhome is just steps from the beach! The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island! The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

Stunning views of ocean from this lovely bright condo. The Three bedrooms offered us lots of room. Nice balcony for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. Fernandina town was a nice surprise. The condo could supply some beach chairs-I think I saw one. We were kept busy for a wedding so it didn’t matter to us.

The location and the unit itself were excellent. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the step-less boardwalk to the beach. We found the unit had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, small appliances, etc.) and we were impressed by the furnishings of the unit itself. The entire complex is also VERY pet friendly and nearly everyone there had their dog with them. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy, too. We'll absolutely look to book here again in the future.

Wonderful stay, great location!

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. The views of the dunes and ocean were incredible. We also really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the dunes in the morning as well as the sunrise! I would highly recommend, no complaints.

Fantastic beach property

We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

Return to Amelia Island

Our No. 1 priority was the ocean view, and the Sailmaker more than met our expectations. There were only two of us - and my sister's dog - so we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a home away from home, except on the ocean. Best part was taking the dog to the beach. So glad we returned to Amelia Island.

Great location- on the beach, within minutes to tennis courts and pool and exercise room......easy and close to great grocery store- and fun avctivites to tackle in Fernandina.

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.

Great beach location

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation . The house has wonderful view of beach and easy access to both beach and pool . The condo comfortably accommodated our family of four. Downtown area is just short drive from condo .

Beautiful views from a light-filled, clean condo!

We loved our stay. Spent lots of time on the sunny balcony sipping coffee in the morning as the sun rose, watching the tortoises in the dunes at lunch, and the last of the beach walkers leave the beach at the end of the day. This condo is equipped with everything you need for a restful, relaxing stay on Amelia Island.
