Wake up to an amazing view of the Black Hills! This nice location is only minutes away from dining and shopping in downtown Rapid City and also close to Mount Rushmore, National Parks and Forest hiking trails. An outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, and playground is available for you to enjoy! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private guest suite includes parking and entrance. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A 65'' 4K SmartTV is yours to enjoy with Dish DVR and a Blu-ray player. The game room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment. The outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use. Lyft and Uber services are available for transportation if needed.
The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. This Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota. We live in a section of the property and are available if needed, yet your area is a completely private section. We welcome you to come and see what the Black Hills has to offer!
