All guests must sign our rental agreement via DocuSign prior to check-in.

Guests are responsible for their own shopping. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.

Great place to stay with themed rooms, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and very clean. The bonus game room room area was a fun way to end the day.

Excellent villa in a fab location

Absolutely first class villa and pool area. Plenty of space for our party of ten and lots to do in the games room. This villa has everything a family needs for a fantastic vacation.

Family trip to Disney

Had a nice stay. Kids loved the themed rooms. I have stayed in Windsor Estates 4 times now and the themed rooms are some of the best.

The home is stunning it literally checked every box ! We had a 2 year old 10 year old and 17 they didn't even want to leave the house to go to the parks i think they would been happy with the house every aspect is absolutely beautiful the pool is great the game room has everything u need

Wonderful, wonderful property!

We had such a great time at this house! Our kiddos loved the themed bedrooms and game room and had a fantastic time in the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed & grocery pickup from the Walmart down the street was a breeze! We extended our stay and still never wanted to leave!

We enjoyed our stay was great! The is decorated very creatively our boys especially liked the Harry Potter and Star Wars themed bedroom. Is so nice to have the private pool we used it everyday. The neiborhood was quiet.

Celebrating Eldest Son’s High School Graduation

This trip was to celebrate my eldest son’s graduation with family. The property accommodated all 13 of us perfectly. We enjoyed the house, pool, water park and the location as it was located in a gated community very close to nearby shops, restaurants and was a short drive to attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Rental & Stay

Such an amazing experience from booking to stay. Rosely is friendly and promptly responded to my multiple messages and requests. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos; which was very comforting. The house is beautifully decorated and really excited the kids aged 2-13 that were with me. The community in which the home is located is quiet, very well maintained and close to all the popular attractions and shopping. If the booking calendar allows; I look forward to staying at this location again!

Perfect for a large group of all ages!

We stayed at the home for just over a week in April 2023. The home was exactly as pictured, even down to the tables being immaculately set when we arrived. We were two families with children ranging in ages from infant to 13. The kids loved the various themed bedrooms, the games area, and the backyard pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and overall the house was clean and well cared for! We would definitely return to this property for our next vacation!

Wonderful spacious house & great host!

This was a beautiful house, more than enough for the seven of us. We have my husband and I and our two children, along with three grandparents. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We had it warmed in March and think that was a good decision. One thing to note is that the tub by the pool is actually a spa and not a hot tub, meaning that it is the same temperature as the pool. That’s something most Floridians probably know, but I did not. That said, the water park for the resort is really nice and has several really hot hot tubs!

Disney 2021

We really like the location. Lots of stores and restaurants in area, not to mention it's proximity to the park. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Pool was fantastic. The house had very comfortable beds (at least the large master), plenty of towels, silverware and plates, bowls, etc. There was an air fryer, but no frying pans which was interesting. They don't provide dish soap, or much for toilet paper, garbage bags, or other consumable. So, expect to do an inventory for your grocery run once you get checked in. The game room was pretty beat up from past guests, with the ping pong table in pieces without a net, air hockey table had some damage, but we made the most of it. All in all, I would say this is one of the better properties and the managers seemed very nice and willing to help with any issues. We would be happy to stay there again.

Just Okay

While there were no issues with communication with the property owner. The place is very nice, but the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. The place claimed to be completely sterile and sanitized. However, there were make up marks on the bathroom doors, by the knobs, hairs in the showers, on the walls. Mold around the shower tracks. The shower doors kept coming lose off the tracks. Lots of mold around the entire perimeter of the pools. We didn’t get in much because of that. Hopefully these things will be addressed for the next guest!

windsor hills trip

The home was very nice, well taken care of and it was clean. Only drawback was the hot tub didn't work. While I understand things like this can happen, We felt like they took no great initiative to get it to work while we were there. Ironically, I had made it very clear weeks before we came that the pool/hot tub was extremely important to us, we were assured it was working and then it didn't work. While they did send someone to look at it pretty fast, he knew nothing about pools, so it really was a wasted trip for this guy and us. We were there 5 days and no one came to fix it. I did get a refund for paying for pool heat since it didn't work.

Excellent Vacation!! Checks all the boxes!!

We had THE BEST TIME!! I had done a bunch of research months before and was comparing over 20 properties. I had many boxes to check, right down to having ice in the refrigerator door. I know, I know I'm picky. This place checked all the boxes!! It even has crushed ice! I really was looking for a place/area to go to for future family vacations. Found it!! The property looks exactly like the pictures! So beautiful and clean and welcoming! We were a family of 8 and loved all the space and amenities this property had to offer! We stayed here for a relaxing break before heading to the hotels and all the parks. The only thing I would have done different is book this property AFTER the parks too! Next time we will obviously stay here and drive to the parks. It's that great that we will give up staying on Disney!! Rosely was very helpful and understanding whenever we had questions. We didn't hangout at the resort pool area, it had rained and we decided we were happy in our own private pool and spa! We will be staying here next year and for much, much longer!! Family Vacation

This was our 9th time staying at Windsor Hills first time at this house and with this management company. You could not ask for a better located property to the parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was nicely appointed and had more than enough room for the 7 of us. The beds and couch’s were extremely comfortable. The game room was a little beat up as the pool table was missing some balls and the air hockey table had some holes/cracks in it. For teenagers there wasn’t much in there for them to do in there. The kitchen was very large and had all the things you could ask for plenty of plates, glasses, cups. It even had a crock pot, air fryer and blender! There were a few vital things missing a frying pan and oven mitts which I went to the local Walmart to purchase and left for future renters. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and compared to previous places it did not disappoint especially after a long day at the park. On our second day there while the kids were in the hot tub the pool cleaner showed up about 12:00 to treat and clean the pool. By day 9 of our trip the pool walls and steps were green. I reached out to the property manager and she promptly had the cleaner come. I reached out to her again that same day as it was still green and she had the cleaner come again and scrub everything. It was a little disappointing as that was our final day and we had planned to hang out on the spacious patio and swim at the pool all day instead of going to the community pool due to Covid. All in all I would definitely stay at this beautiful house again with my family and friends.

Great house. Manager was easily accessible and the house was clean and functional. Poll was great especially if it is heated. Also the game room was good for the kids.
