Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the estate includes a spacious main house and three private guest suites, each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main living and kitchen areas open to the ocean and are cooled naturally by ocean breezes and a large ceiling fan.

Trash pickup is on Mondays, Please move the two trash bins to the curb for pick up
When you leave the property please turn off all AC units and turn off all lights. Lock front and back gates
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location on Ali’i Drive for its rare combination of true oceanfront living and convenience. Being just steps from the Pacific, the setting feels immersive and peaceful, with the constant sound of the waves and panoramic views of Holualoa Bay.

At the same time, it’s ideally situated—just a short walk to Magic Sands Beach and only minutes from downtown Kona, restaurants, and shops. You get the best of both worlds: privacy and seclusion, yet close to everything.

What we enjoy most is the ever-changing ocean—dolphins in the morning, outrigger paddlers passing by, and unforgettable sunsets each evening. It’s a place where guests can truly relax, reconnect, and experience the natural beauty of Hawai‘i.
